Hello Sherif, thank you for reaching us. It's possible to completely opt out of ads on Viber: this feature is available in the Viber Plus subscription. In the regular version, it's not possible to disable ads. If you come across an ad that seems inappropriate, you can report it by clicking on the flag icon in the top right corner of the ad message.
