This game has become play to win. You need the best units to beat the end game content. Unit summons are loot boxes designed to encourage in game purchases. The game also has horrible customer support when issues arise. Waiting days to weeks for a rep to says "we won't help you."

Used to like this game. But when a level 43 player with a mix of 6 & 7 level birds is matched up with an 8th level player with three 10th level birds you know pay to win has taken over.
