Since the loss of challenges between friends in the app (the only compelling feature) and no altimeter on charge 5, this will be my last fitbit.

When you can actually get the app to start and not crash, there's no way to buy or sell premium bonds

If any of the younger viewers (if anything plays at all) out there wants to know what using the Internet was like when using 56k modems, then this is absolutely the best app out there. Nothing buffers, stutters and stops like this app can. On top of that it doesn't let you restart from where you left off.

Used to be 5 star review but now 3 as the app fails so often. Mostly, so much easier than the website.

Hmm can't give zero stars. One star implies that it works badly when it actually doesn't work at all. Click on open Nectar app and it opens, just hanging on the Nectar logo splash screen. Tesco clubcard is leagues and decades ahead of this time waster.

When it used to work it was still a gimmick as most of the machines in the gym require QR codes to be scanned and manual entry of data. Add to that the fact that the seated Lat pull machine in gym is continually out of action due to snapped cables it's a pretty poor show all round. All machines should do the tracking for you.

The app navigation is built for iPhone users who need to have a back button added to apps. Android users already have a native back button but the app just does not work well if you use it. Use any type of page that updates data and the native back button gives you a horrible experience. No such issue with Tesco!

Just had an update. This left me part logged in. I could see out of date points but no other details. I couldn't login. Some error about collectorid needing to be between 11 characters and 11 characters but when entering my password. I'd never even had the chance to enter nectar number. Logging out, let me start all over again. Update process for this app is regularly poor. Yet another visit to store where the trusty plastic card wins over this poor app which doesn't stay logged in.

I registered online to buy a tile. Had to register a second account for the app! Find the tile says move closer, weak signal despite being only 30cm away. Gives me little confidence in finding the Tile Pro from 50m away

Installed. Works instantly. What more could you ask?

It's OK on the whole. Once the step count updates, it takes minutes for challenges to update so you have to calculate your relative position yourself using some mental arithmetic. That's plain nuts.

The only feature this app needs is the ability to uninstall it

Makes reordering really hard. You can't just add a favourite to basket and get the 2 for 1 deal, you have to go and add them all again from scratch. You have no idea of the stress involved in getting the order wrong!

Clearly some effort has been made with the app. Usability for the VIP discount is terrible. Scanning your loyalty card should be enough, but instead you have to fumble about scanning another code. When the horsham store constantly has till problems causing a good 10 minute wait to pay, the overall experience is really poor. App won't save favourite store. Dropping to 1 star. I have no offers. "error occurred". I try to add a pet, but it won't let me save it, and says log out/log in! Not secure?

Just brilliant. Enables access to your servers when all you have is your phone. Coupled with a folding keyboard like ECBK02 you just cast your phone screen to a TV and away you go.

Loyalty needs to be simple like tesco clubcard. Improving customer
'engagement' by making you load offers is just something in else life you
don't need to waste time on
