Trying to log in but being denied access: error 404

EOFY and the app is disfunctional and the website appears broken. No idea how you're managing my money because I am rarely given an opportunity to check. It's 2024. Do better.

The timeline is borked & refuses to be edited: something always going wrong apparently. The good news is, it's so unreliable it's useless to the authorities if they are trying to keep tabs on you.

2FA seems useless. Won't send an SMS and Microsoft Authenticator won't work with it. Like so many govt apps, it appears to have been built by an apprentice last thing on Friday.

Since I paid the extortionate subscription increase, this app has become 100% unusable. Won't sync. Just closes. Very disappointing. Total waste of money.....

It's fine if you aren't a Registered customer. I can log in on the website but not the app. Says I have an unrecognised symbol in my password. I've requested a password reset numerous times through the app but never get a response.

Really unreliable. 'No precipitation for at least 60 minutes' as the thunder claps and the rain starts. Looks good. Doesn't do the job & I certainly wouldn't pay for it.

Useful to see if your bus is coming it utterly useless to plan a journey. Can't search for origin/destination or add them from the map. Google Maps is far more useful.

I really want to use this app but rarely do because the interface is so awful that I lose patience and book something more expensive with a competitor. Get rid of all the flashing banners. And stop trying to tell me what room I want & make it intuitive to choose a room.

Pointless. I already know my policy details. It keeps trying to send me travel alerts but when I click on them I get an error message. I'm going to uninstall it.

Uninstalled. Wants my credit card details before I can even check the content.

The voices are creepy. Managed less than a minute. Maybe a few different accents would be helpful?

Poor syncing across devices. End up playing the same game endlessly. I'd rather put up with the ads than pay for this rubbish.

Easy to use and everything is very transparent.

Shows far less information than the previous app and some of it (O2 variation) is downright wrong. Might be useful for the casual user but if you're serious about fitness then Fitbit is not for you.

User interface is far too messy to be useful. I tried booking a specific hotel this morning but Agoda was too busy telling me how much money I could save by booking a different hotel that it was impossible. Used another company & booked in minutes. I only keep it on my phone for emergencies.

I suppose it's secure but it's really unpleasant to use. As the authenticator doesn't work I now have to use an SMS password every month to continue with the biometric log in. I only use it because changing to another company is a huge task.

Boring. Just full of junk advertisements for things I'm not interested in.

Has been logging me out for the past couple of days. Now I can't log in as 'Fitbit is unavailable.' Have cleared the cache, forced stop, uninstalled, phone on & off, Bluetooth on & off. Certainly won't take up the endless offer of premium.

Wants to access my stored pictures and media. That's a no and an uninstall.

I only use it to purchase books as it's a much more pleasant experience than on my Kindle. Now you've removed that facility the app is completely useless and I shall uninstall it.

Killed off Timely and left us with this ugly uselessness.

I've been using Edge on my laptop for sometime & have just started using it on Android. Much faster and smoother experience than Chrome. Also works well with a VPN which Chrome doesn't anymore.

Way too messy. I seldom use it because it's too much hard work. I might consider it if I could order the reviews by newest first & if I could filter by location.

Slow, frequently stops working. I would rather use the website & only downloaded it to check in on my phone (and immediately wished I hadn't). Puts me off using Air Asia frankly.
