The Chromecast and Android mobile apps I don't load or take forever to load up any workout details. Sometimes the workouts don't load at all and it freezes up a lot

I use this app daily for the last 10 years and pay a premium subscription for extra features such as background playback. I don't know what YouTube did, but since the start of the year, this app keeps crashing or closing unless I keep the video in the foreground on my screen. After the crash, the video has lost the place I was upto. YouTube have said they're aware of issues with Premium features for months, but still haven't found a solution. Why are we paying for something we can't use?

When I open the app, it doesn't load and crashes about 50% of the time. When it does load, the app is sometimes slow loading. Also, when I try joining challenges, the screen hangs and shows that it is loading forever, and won't let me join the challenge.

Do not install this app if you want self growth! Misleading advertising from this company on Instagram convinced my to purchase a 6 month subscription to their self growth app, only to find out it's just an assortment of books. Worse still, they advertised it as $39.99 then deducted $57 from my account. I contacted their customer support and was told they charged in USD$ instead of AUD$ even though that wasn't advertised. I asked for a refund and now I'm being completely ignored by support.

Never been able to log in. The details are correct, I accept the terms and conditions, then it takes me back to the opening screen to start the login cycle all over again.
