I've used this for ages and then suddenly all the data is gone and the help team: 1) took literally weeks to respond to my first email 2) don't care, at all 3) claim to not know what caused this data to disappear, which honestly is worse because it can happen again at any time for no reason You shouldn't have to pay to save the data on a free app. If you have to pay to use the most basic functionality, then charge to download instead of pretending to be free.

Really love this app, use it all the time. The team is really friendly and available to help or listen to ideas😊

Completely stopped working about 5 days ago. Can't get past the loading screen. Contacted support who told me to force stop the game and clear my cache. I did this to no avail, and then uninstalled and reinstalled. All subsequent attempts to contact support have been completely ignored. Due to this issue, I have missed the last challenge of the VERY EXPENSIVE series that ended a few days ago. Please confirm that I will given the prize for entry, and that my rally will not be penalised for this.

I'll happily change the review if someone can help me fix this. I've given the app all the permissions but I've got a notification saying "measurement not active". It won't go away, and I can't work out why it's not active or how to do make it active! Help please!

Usually love this app but in the last week it's stopped letting me add links :( before, it was suuuper easy to use and I use it for everything

Used this app religiously for all my photos - selfies or otherwise - for years. It's now completely unusable, every feature that makes this app worthwhile has become a premium feature in the last month. Uninstalling, there are more out there.

There's a downloadable map and lots of travel tips for each individual city. I really love this app and would recommend it to anyone who wants a culturally rich visit to a city!
