Don't bother. I would like to use this app, but, in the past 2 months I have NEVER successfully scanned my virtual 'card' at the self service checkout. Store staff are utterly clueless and can provide no help at all.Update: Advised to use the help function in the app, their chatbot is a waste of time, after rephrasing 3 times, I was sent to limbo.
