Poor UX. I work on my tablet with a keyboard and this app, seriously, in 2025, does not have a landscape mode. I literally can't use it without disconnecting everything.

Poor User Interface. I had to disable it. I work on my tablet and this app, seriously, in 2024, does not appear to have a landscape mode. I literally can't use it.

It's a decent app, but I use a tablet with a keyboard in landscape. The app doesn't do landscape, so it's a pain in the @$$ to use.

App has stopped working completely. It just sits at the loading screen.

This whole process sucks. We got it for our crawlspace, in case there were leaks. Now we can't run our sprinklers for more than 20 minutes without it shutting my water off. There is no way to bypass it shutting off our water, and it happens once every thirty minutes or so.

Thanks. With the recent update, I can no longer dismiss a prescription reminder by swiping on it. I now have to click it and wait for the app to load in order to dismiss it. How self-important!
