Ads Come Back. You can pay for the ad-free game, but eventually the ads come back--and you have to restart your phone to make them go away. The developer said I was using the free version, but that is not 'true'. I had the paid version. The developer needs to ensure this does not happen.

Drivers charge you when they do not show up. They expect tourists, totally new to the area, to track them down. Do not use this service---it is horrible!

This app developers were paid $54 million to develop this buggy app. It wanted me to quarantine an extra day--which I did not do. It wrongly instructed other travelers to quarantine for two weeks. It cost the tourism billions of dollars, frustrated non-tech travelers and wasn't even checked upon arrival. The whole deal with it is being audited. This app was not about containing Covid--it was always about control. Canada was the only nation to subject travelers to this idiocy.

This program is deeply flawed. I was informed of the need to use it just minutes before boardingva flight from Paris to Montreal. I had to manually enter my passport information three times before the app saved it. Forget using the passport photo feature unless you have studio lighting. At one point it asked me to select a language--and its menu did not include English the first six times I looked for it. You need a fast Internet connection for it to work properly. Not ready for use!

Stupidly designed app. I registered on my laptop, but when I opened the phone app to pay for parking, I had to reenter every single bit of information AGAIN. It would also not accept the inputting of credit card info without creating a PayPal account--which I already had. Another app obviously programmed in India that does not take into account how Canadians use apps! NOW, as of 30 Sept 2020, it will not open at all! Uninstalled and reinstalled, and it is still dead as a doornail!

Misleading. Puts you through this huge rigamaroll to install it, then hits you up for a subcription fee at the very end. Uninstalled.

This app could get you seriously lost. I compared it to Google Maps today. I was on the University of Toronto campus, and asked both apps to show the way home. Google Maps showed--correctly--that I was 1.6km from home and showed the shortest way. But Mapquest said I was 15km from home and would have had me going in the opposite direction, AWAY from home. The directional screen also does not orient with your direction of travel, while Google Maps DOES. Seriously bad app!
