It use to be a really fun game. I changed phones and my game was working. I was at the same level but now it has signed me out and started from the beginning. I keep asking for a password reset but they won't send it to the email that it says I have attached to the account. So Goodbye, I really like this game but can do without the headache of trying to log back in when you guys don't want to send the info. Deleting NOW!!!

I wish there was a way to transfer to a new phone using other options other than Facebook. I don't have any social media accounts, but I really like this game. I've made it to level 261 and now I have to start all over again, for the second time. Please fix this issue!

Mostly a great app, until the games start. Now I can't seem to login to my account. It keeps saying gateway timeout. Please help!!

This system use to work perfectly, but now it glitches all the time. It doesn't refresh anymore when you open it. I just tried to check mine and it's stuck on 1/12/23. We need an update that makes this better. We didn't buy all these cameras for fun, please fix this error!!

I really like this game, but since the update I can't get any energy from watching videos anymore. And the quest are really long, 8 hrs is a long time.

This was our first Cruise and this app was very, very helpful. It helped us
keep up with all the events and the food menus. You're able to mark events
as favorites and get notifications when the event is about to start.
