Used to be a great place to find bargains and engage in fun/interesting topics in the comments section but now the policing of comments is destroying app.

The options to make a formal complaint does not work! Email directed page is down, the chat option is unavailable and when I call, the customer service team tells me that there isn't a team for complaints even though the option includes email/call

I'm unable to accept orders. Contacted support with no response

There is an error with the app and authentication. Whenever the code is sent via email and you try enter into the verification part it's recognised. After reply 5/01/2021. STILL DOESN'T WORK

Usually a great app but since the recent update on the Huawei, the alarm have stopped working. Very frustrating as I was late to work on 2 occasions.

Recent update crashed app, spoke to them on the phone , it blocks your account when the details are correct and you cannot reset these unless you go on to the site. They said expect an update in a few days to fix

It keeps suggesting no WiFi signal in range despite being 15 inches away from the router with excellent signal and attempting both 2g and 5g connections! Help
