It lists both Taiwan and Taipei as part of China. These are two different countries. I would be worried that my car is not available or available in some unknown place. I'm going to Taiwan 🇹🇼 not PRC China 🇨🇳👎🏻 You should probably fix this.

Terrible service all round. Customer svce takes days to respond if at all and no way to call them on the phone for normal users. I suppose this is why other online banks have twice the amount of users and double the amount of positive reviews - eg Revolut. I would avoid, it's a substandard bank with hopeless customer service. 👎🏻

Terribly basic app. Made a txn that AGAIN has flagged the fraud dept so card blocked again for the umpteenth time. So again have to waste my life on hold calling them just to tell them that it was me using my card.

It's ok but for me not worth the price. I only listen to one or two categories of music and a lot of it is not great. (I realise they don't have control over the creation of the music!) I find myself skipping tracks until I hit their limit and then I turn the app off. At half the price/monthly, I'd likely keep it but it's a cancel right now. (Prompt customer service 👍🏻)

Always liked this app in the way all your trips could be seen chronologically by moving the screen up. It was very clear. This has changed now into some be-careful- how-you-touch the screen mess. Move too fast and it will roll all the way to the wrong booking etc. Pity. Time to uninstall. Cust svce don't reply anymore either. If it's not broke, don't fix it 😉

Would like to use but totally impossible to find out how much the security guarantee is. It looks like €5000 for a car like a Ford Focus or VW Golf which is bananas crazy. Too vague, uninstalled.

If you leave a bad review it says "we can't find your reservation, you won't be able to leave a review now". Maybe it's a Chinese app?

Good for any country but won't replace Google maps or Garmin Nuvi. Not yet. Voice instructs get roundabouts wrong though map on screen is right. *Won't auto change from light to dark - based on time of day would be better. Contantly, 'reloads' screen location in a kind of circular motion when my car is stationary. *Most annoying for me.

Can't log in. Can't reset password (displays internet connection error!). Can't create new account (just spins around loading forever) Utter rubbish.

Shows me Britain first everytime I open it. I don't have a British IP address nor am I physically located there 😕 Annoying.

Use the free version. Mobile app doesn't push alerts even when app is open. Everything is enabled still doesn't work. You can sit in front of your pc for free! Disappointed.

'Device is not steady'. Trying to regain access to my account after email change and can't get past the selfie. Immediately says 'Device is not steady'. I've positioned itself and myself every which way. Contacted customer service and they all but told me to get lost. Thankfully, I've no money in the account. So, that's that. No other way to do this! What a sham.
