April 2024, I just started using the app approximately 2 weeks ago and so far, everything seems to be working. Update: It is now July 2024 and the app works fine. I would like to see an area or space after each reading to add a note. It would be nice to add a note such as what I ate, how long I exercise, how many hours after I ate that I checked my blood sugar, or any other pertinent information that my doctor would like to see.

Since the latest update, I can no longer log into the app.

The app has become nothing but a Spam notification app. I have turned off all notifications or alerts in the app, except for a change in credit score or a change in account balances. Almost every day I get notifications from the app about auto insurance offers, auto loan offers, and credit card offers.

I am using the app with an LG v30 phone running Bluetooth 5.0. At first I was unable to sync the information but another person had stated to turn off the GPS on the bicycle computer and then sync the info. This solved my whole issue and now the software and bicycle computer work great together.
