Great when it works but often doesn't and that's usually straight after an app update. It has been like that for us on three different phones for years. Today, no camera alerts. A week or two back, it was great. Only use it for camera alerts.

The app is set (on this device and other family devices) to update the location every two minutes, but whilst out walking, it only appears to update the location every 5 - 10 minutes.

27th Feb 24 - yet another update, same ongoing fault: When units are set to 'hybrid', wind speed should be in mph, but the figures shown are still in kph. Also, the numbers for wind speed are out of alignment, this is the same on two different phones. It has been like this for many versions. I've contacted support twice months ago, no response.

App is set to update location every 2 minutes, but it doesn't. Looking back at where I've been walking, it's probably closer to logging a location point every ten minutes. Adding Street View would be useful. Overall, very good though!

Any chance of making this app consistent?! Between recent versions my actual exercise load, type, frequency, weight etc remain the same, but my fitness age jumps up or down 5 and a half years! Other statistics also vary wildly between versions. Also, using BMI should be dropped, it's well-known to be a useless measurement for people who train.

3 phones / 3 cars, speed camera warnings don't work. All permissions allowed, NO restrictions on battery. Bluetooth HFP on, English GB female voice downloaded, sound on. Auto start for B'tooth on. Not using AA. No problem with phone calls via car audio. Only time Amigo voice does comes through car audio is when I tap on the downloaded voice in app settings then hear: "Hi, I'm Amigo, let's...". Don't use/need navigation side. Nothing approaching a camera! Already tried clear cache & reinstalling.

Using the app, when a payment from a savings account is set up for a future date, shouldn't you be able to either delete or amend that future payment from within the app? If that facility is within the app, then it's extremely well hidden as I couldn't find it!.... Edit: thanks for the reply... so the app cannot amend a payment within the app, I need to use your website. The app seems a bit lacking!

Hi Steve, thanks for the feedback. When you're logged on via the online banking website: select 'payments and transfers' at the top and then 'view pending payments and transfers', which will contain all details of upcoming payments. ^PH
