Slack is alright. Very good communication channel but my app is frozen at the moment. I can't refresh. I can't see messages or photos. I can do nothing on the app

I like this bible app,it's very good. The only issue I have is that my plans don't download. They used to, but now, they take long to download, and when I check the content, there's no content. It just states 1/0. Mind you, I usually have data while downloading. Even after updates.. I still have this issue.
