I wanted to check Scribd’s database for children book, so I opted in for a trial. Trial was fake and I was charged 10 EUR immediately. After a lot of going back and forth and providing evidence (I guess their customer service just wants to test your patience), they literally told me that my trial expired on the same day when it started?! I am warning all my connections of this scam and my family member already cancelled the subscription

Pathetic customer service, I am a platinum member and I advise everyone not to book exclusively through them. I made 3 30 plus days bookings in the past 2 months, and all I got was fake cash points promise that never materialised
