The products available for points seem to stay the same. The minimal amount you have to spend on a brand is too much of you don't have more than a couple people to buy for. This limits the points people on a fixed income can earn. When I snap the receipts, many of the items and prices do not match the receipt. The receipt should be good for at least 14 days because when someone is traveling or has a job that keeps them busy and unable to have time to snap receipts, more time is needed beyond 7 d

I can count on this service and it's easy to use.

Can't get to my meetings

Have issues accessing account. Also, scheduling appointments with the social worker was impossible last month. They had everyone else's name but hers to schedule an appointment. Otherwise, I like using this app.

My fitbit won't load to my phone. It says DEVICE DISCONNECTED when I am trying to set up my profile.

It just drops important appointments at random. Need more colors to choose from.

If I could just figure out how to use it better.

The only problem is that it doesn't recognize my password half the time.

Constantly won't let let me in with my password. I change it and use it a few times then it doesn't work. Extremely frustrating. I keep all my passwords written in a book with the date I change them.
