Can't make lists. No matter how many times it says I've made a list, the list doesn't exist (still an issue as of 7/2/24). As of 7/2/24- now when I search something, get results, click on an item, and try to go back to results, I have to redo the search all over again! I do a search, get results, and switch to a different app for a second? Results are gone then too. Having to redo the seach over and over is exhausting!

Help?!?!?! THERE'S NO WAY TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT. CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP AND REFUND THE CHARGES I WASNT EXPECTING OR I'LL REPORT UBER TO BBB.

It's great so far! My only request- when I quit taking a medication I would like there to be a way to see that 1. I used to take it rather than just completely deleting it and 2. What's the reason I stopped it? Some sort or note option would be great. Other than that, no complaints so far!

No matter how many times I connect my Amazon account it doesn't register the transactions. I'm losing out on a lot of points, and bonuses, because the system sucks.

IMPOSSIBLE to find anything useful. I don't see why this app/site is always suggested because I find it to be completely useless and frustrating to maneuver through. Don't waste your time with this app.

Can't add in-store offers, nor can I get past the super unhelpful AI assistant to contact a real person about the issue. I've missed out on quite a bit of cash back because I couldn't add the store/restaurant I was at!

The search feature is nonexistent unless you're SUPER specific in what you're looking for. Wondering what's happening this weekend or next, or ever? Look elsewhere because this app won't give you that information!

Account syncing doesn't work.

Love the app! Being ADHD, I've used quite a few task apps and this is the only one I keep around and actually use fairly regularly. I'm having a hard time justifying the price tag though. My biggest, and so far only, request is the ability to make multiple reminders for the same day! Just one doesn't cut it for the ADHD brain. We need reminders! Lots and lots of reminders!

I don't get any relevant information or posts, it's all spam. Where are the people I actually follow?!?!

Annoying. Syncing is a PITA. Taking a picture of a receipt and it doesn't work out for whatever reason? Too bad! You don't get a do-over and lose out on the points!

Update 2/21/24 Won't import recipes from the web. Just gives an error message. Also won't give results when searching for recipes I haven't logged yet. Must be some kind of bug, but there's no way to report it. There's so much this app is lacking in terms of functionality. Really wished it synced with Google or Samsung health. Also printing out a food log is a pain, especially since I just want the food portion and nothing else. It could use some work but it's cheaper than others so 🤷.

Doesn't support Samsung Health sync at all. And Google Health sync is a premium feature, but apple is free?! First time I've come across that. All other apps provide that standard. For an app that's on the GOOGLE Play Store, being able to sync with Google products (rather than Apple) shouldn't cost extra.

Stumbled upon this app by happy accident. I needed something to track my diet daily and be able to print out for my doctor. Well, this app does that! Lays out the day like a calendar, select the pre-made template, timestamp if wanted and away we go! Couldn't be easier. And fully printable! But there lies the problem. When I printed it from my phone, it didn't scale to the paper properly and cut off the edges. 26 pages of useless papers and wasted ink. Next time I'll save to PDF first.

Possibly great. It looks like just what I need, but I don't know for sure. If there was a trial period for pro and pro plus I would know. I hate paying for apps that don't work out the way I planned. I want to see how well the connect to bank account works! If it does what I'm hoping, then I'll be glad to pay for it.

Love the app, it's simple and clear and I don't have to give up my bank info! I wish importing didn't take so much effort but thankfully it only has to be done once. Nothing to fix there, unless it connects to my bank which I don't want. So far it's exactly what I'm looking for, with one minor wish- to be able to categorize bills. Like house, utilities, subscriptions, vehicles, a customizable for whatever random category helps me sort them into my needs.

Like others have said, this new update is laggy and crashes constantly. Such a headache and not worth it.

I have loved this app for years! Every once in awhile it would lose connection with my bank, and was a simple quick fix. This most recent disconnect has lasted days, and keeps failing every time I try to fix it. I've done all the troubleshooting steps with no success. Hopefully this can be resolved or I'll have to use something else.

Used to work. Even won a Friday deal once. But its signed me out and I get an "authentication error" every time I try to sign back in. Disappointing.

How do you update gracenote?! The app fails to automatically connect over half the time, which then requires me to force stop and reload it while driving. So much for hands free. The look up options for SiriusXM's stations are sub par. And Alexa is useless. Theres a super lag with everything you try to do and the search/seek buttons dont work. What's the point of having asking her for Nav if I have to go searching through the app on my phone for information?
