1st I payed a deposit despite the ( no deposit ) headline, before finishing my contract I received a call to arrange the delivery of the car and I asked about my dues, the call center assured me there was no outstanding amount on thr vehicle, then I got an email stating that I have due amounts without providing any evidence or legal documents, I contacted the CS and I asked for clarifications, legal documents and they failed to provide, I got deducted the amount despite the deposit in hand
