I downloaded this app because of the free trial. I am so grateful that I tried it, I love it. I use it every morning and it helps center me. It has so many extra features to do meditations throughout the day if you're having anxiety or you just want to calm down. I absolutely love this app and when I have the money I'm going to purchase it so I can have it forever. Thank you to the app providers for offering the free year. They have clear confidence how great their product is. Highly recommend!

Great voice mail option for fowarding voice mail to. You can read messages from the app on any other phone. You can have your own greeting or a basic one. It's free or paid depending on how much you want to use it. I use the free one. It's enough for my basic use.

I like this app for the somatic exercises. I love the daily reminders and that it keeps you exercising on a daily basis with exercises geared to your time frame. I'm very happy with better me. Someone created a really great thing with this app. The exercises are so easy you feel stupid if you don't do them every day. That in itself is good motivation to exercise!!

This is a fun app to have. It has daily activities for you to earn coins to keep playing games. It has some real slot games that you can play without worrying about losing actual money. Great app to have if you're trying to get away from blowing real money! Fun and free unless you decide you want to pay for more coins. If you don't there's always options daily to build up new coins. I enjoy it and I highly recommend it. It has a lot of fun games to play!
