When I first got this app a few months ago, it worked fine. Now it does not work at all. I aim it at various QR codes and get NO response. I have tried photographing and scanning. No result. Unless someone gets back to me, I will be uninstalling and looking for something else. I paid for this. What a waste of money!

It's a nice idea. I liked the comics. I also liked the new improvements to the app. But the reason for the two stars? I signed up, and I subscribed. I went away for a couple of weeks, got on again, and the app didn't recognize that I had subscribed to it. Even though my subscription was in Google Play! And the link to contact somebody didn't work. So no way to "tell" anyone that I was subscribed. I said "the hell with it", "unsubscribed" and uninstalled the app. I'll try again later.

Very easy to use. One word of caution: you need a phone with at least 32 MG of memory to get optimal performance. My old phone had 16 MG, and there were times when it took a while to load the app. Once it was up and running, it was good to go, but still... Now it runs like a charm. I hope it stays that way. I also don't expect much from this app other than an easy locate book/download/playing experience. If I want to do a lot of browsing or searching, I do it on my computer. And info emails.

The one I had did have a search function as well as a way of accessing the current issue of the magazine. If I could give this new one zero stars, I would. It is totally stripped down. I love Calculator Plus. I originally got it for my Kindle Fire and loved its look and feel and functionality. I am delighted to have it for my phone. I love the look and the satisfying click when I press a key. I find the memory function very easy to use with a fine display. It does everything I want it to do. I hope this app stays around forever.

Just as good as the desktop product.

This app totally gave out on me when I was trying to file a claim. I was entering vehicle information, and, even after I entered the information, it got stuck and wouldn't move on. I had to call GEICO and complete the claim over the phone.

I found the app fairly easy to use. But it took up a huge amount of space on my phone. 2.5 gigs. Yikes! But what is even more bewildering is how much mobile data this thing was hoovering up when I was reading a DOWNLOADED book. 10 MB in a half an hour when I was away from a wifi source. What in hell is this app doing that it needs to use mobile data? I pay for data as I go, so I watch usage like a hawk. I uninstalled it. I got along without it all these years. I can do so again.

The player interface could use some more work. I would like to have the option to "go back" or "go forward" more than ten seconds. I would like to have a large, simplified "look" similar to Audible's "car" option when I am driving. I would like the ability to sort articles into various orders on the Discover screen. But, even with these deficiencies, I find the articles to be excellent and the narration to be uniformly excellent. Now Audm is part of the NY Times. I hope for a better app.

Very easy to use. Easy to find what I am looking for. Ads are not intrusive.
