I'm using this to test a piece of specialized charging hardware. As good as this program has been in the past, it's really difficult to tell if the device is topping out then stopping charging, or if the app can't read those fluctuations to that level or history. I may try tinkering with some system settings next. So 4 stars on its past performance and good faith on its current potential. | 07/09/2024

There are similar apps out there, some even search capable, but over the years an amazing number of my paid apps originated free by this one's listings. Filter's are so-so. Since some developers only do certain types of apps (watch faces, themes) that you might never be interested in, you can blacklist them. But I've found some real diamonds in the rough with this that have gone on to critical success and crazy higher prices. And I got it for free 'cause I got it early. | 07/09/2024

Barely useful. You may be better served outputting a .csv file for sorting and searching. | 07/09/2024

Oddly enough, my Samsung tablet didn't come with the Samsung calculator installed. There's a ton of other's I could have installed, but...it's a calculator. I felt like Samsung owed me one. What the heck Samsung? Give me Croco and Friends but no calculator? What's going on over there? And what's with that embarrassing built-in dictionary but no calculator? Shame! Shame on you! | 07/09/2024

This was such an enormous pain to set up that I never finished, and sold the extender at a garage sale. | 07/09/2024

Bloatware. Uninstalled from rom. | 07/09/2024

This is device specific, so if you need it...well, you could just get up and push a button on the extender if you weren't so lazy. Otherwise, you can do some maintenance easier with the app. Rebooting though? One button after I get my coffee and walk by my extender, or I forgot and don't want to get up again. | 07/09/2024

I just use this for anonymous mileage logging. It's not the greatest at mileage logging, but thats not it's main function, its the only one that doesn't require an account, it's free, and uses GPS to log the miles. | 07/09/2024

Meh. All my music sounds different and constantly fiddling with my equalizer on my real audio equipment is a hassle. I'd rather adjust my music individually with sound software first, so the only thing I need to mess with is volume. But if equalizing is your thing, this has nice, big, easy to see controls. | 07/09/2024

We can argue all day about who has the best VPN, but in terms of app interfaces, this is lovely. The full app lets you control protocol, access point, set favorites, determine servers lag time, and more. You can toggle on, off, and server choices from the notification panel. A small widget can act as a baby command center, but doesn't always interact correctly with either it's own or notification on/off toggle. You can upgrade from the PIA site instead of Google. | 07/09/2024

This is a required plugin for My Device Pro. | 07/09/2024

If you don't understand VNC and already use AirDroid, this is good for novices wanting remote access functions. If you do understand VNC, then this is underpowered and requires the installation of another app and two other desktop programs. | 07/09/2024

The full app is kind of annoying, but once your camera(s) are set up, integrate the widget into an on-demand tap with Popup Widget. That way, you can peek through a camera without opening the full interface, seeing their ads, what car backfiring your neighbors are reporting, etc. You can still open the full app for settings, maintenance, etc., but with popping up the widget, get just what you want 99% of the time. HEY YOU! GET OFFA MY LAWN!! | 07/09/2024

This is a device specific app. As such, if you have the device, you need it. If you don't, you don't. It's a fun toy and the app struggles a bit with it, but for what it is, it's okay. | 07/08/2024

You know, there was a time when everyone knew what ROT-13 was. We used them for spoilers, dirty jokes, cussing, surprises or anything with questionable content. Every email, newsreader, and macro had it built in. Search for shpx and you'll find hundreds if not thousands of citations on the web. None of these are hardcore encryption that haven't been broken, but they are fun with friends, as puzzles or keeping from prying eyes. Let's bring back ROT-13 and 47! p 5F4< 2?5 2 <2?82C@@ H2=< :? 2 32C] | 07/08/2024

This has been deprecated as many new devices and updated Android versions have barcode scanner capability built right into their camera. But there's something satisfying about the great-grand-daddy to them all. The targeting line and frame, beep. It almost feels like there's a real laser shooting out of your device! | 07/08/2024

License key for AutoGuard. | 07/08/2024

Very old but powerful keyboard. Voice and dictionary support, advanced functions easily available with a touch. Not as powerful as Unknown Keyboard, but more friendly to phones limited screen space. I switch to it on my tablet when my spelling is dubious. | 07/08/2024

This used to be pretty useful, but cache cleaning is now integrated in many other apps with additional features, rendering this app redundant and outdated. Still, back in the day, it was one of the best. | 07/08/2024

I don't hate this app for what it is, I think. But I've only used it with EEO meetings, meetings with attorneys, judges, slogging through grueling work meetings filled with confrontational bosses. I've used this for absolutely nothing pleasant. So, even thinking about this app depresses me so I'm unable to think about if it's good or not. It's required for the worst things in your life. No one I know uses it willingly or joyfully. | 07/08/2024

This is a pretty good app. It works best on plain, grayscale images, so if you're working with a sepia picture, it's best to convert it first. While there are many settings available, smooth, white surfaces tend to *always* come out purple dispite all my tweaking. Fully expect to put in manual work after colorization. For fun, colorize an image, then revert portions back to grayscale. A beautiful portrait, leave nothing but the lips and eyes in color. A bright bird? Grayscale everything else. | 07/08/2024

Okay, so this will cost you in a pay by minute form, but you can put it in an account "piggy bank" and the app will remember you. Here's the deal: I got a Chinese anime, and several of the episodes had no translation, and I couldn't find them,or the subs, anywhere else. I tried a bunch of apps from awful to mediocre. While this wasn't perfect, it was the best of the bunch, and those 5 episodes had me hooked. Subs were fairly fast OTF, and clear to read. This is a last resort app, but pretty good | 07/08/2024

One of those, if you need it, you'll know. If you don't, don't install it. If you need it and use it, it does exactly what it's supposed to do. | 07/08/2024

Unbelievable fun. I have little windup robots running all over my screen, with adjustable speeds and features. This uses your already built-in Android Daydream function, so no weird app function. Different screensavers, most configurable. Does nothing but save your screen while entertaining you. Not a game, not interactive. Just flying toasters if you get the reference. | 07/08/2024

If you don't know what Shizuku is, or what it makes possible, I suggest you look for it on Github using the site link here. Then search Github for the amazing apps and things you can use or do with it. If you're jealous of those ROOT guys, this is a start to Android equality. Let the revolution begin! | 07/08/2024

A massive waste just to pay a single utility bill. | 07/08/2024

I only reinstall this when the Safeway or Fred Meyer app/website has weird glitchy login problems. These usually originate at the Kroger parent level and logging in there, then logging into the others fixes the issue. Then I uninstall this clunky and rarely used app again. | 07/08/2024

Uninstalled in favor of the website. No problems with eBay itself, but I can open multiple items in seperate tabs. Use your browser to create a shortcut on your homescreen instead. | 07/08/2024 |
