The app is not letting me in. After the update something went wrong and staff at Edenred BG haven't got a clue what to do. Does anybody monitor these comments? It is now a week that I cannot use the app.

Service is good during the day. This evening I tried 3 times. My order was accepted 4 times but driver declined soon after. So, I opted for another taxi service. Once accepted a booking should be honoured.
