Nothing will load. Telling me no internet connection.. clearly I have connection. Support button doesn’t give a working email, either one. Fix please.

I really enjoy this game and will change to 5 stars if the ad problem is fixed.. the very first time I played I watched all the ads to receive gems, chest etc. ever since then there aren’t any ads to watch .. ever! I can’t advance in a goal because no ads are available. Day after day, no ads available…
