Love the app on Mac, but as others have said, sync on iOS is broken. For me, this is a showstopper. I'm migrating to another app.

Service and app have been fine so far for me, but the latter and website won’t load over VPN, even with nodes in the US. This needs to be corrected.

Please stop pestering users for access to their photo libraries. Like others, I just want camera controls and GPS. Those necessary functions are virtually unusable due to constant prompts for access.

Totally IMHO, but I don't see any value in Bear at this point. Redesign has buried what should be quick markup tasks behind a UI that trades usability for sexiness. This and absence of saved state make it an easy decision for me to go with the native Notes app.

So many niggling issues have cropped up in recent versions that I'm contemplating going with Apple Notes. Most egregious on iOS is Bear's new penchant for forgetting where I am in my notes library when it gets shifted out of active RAM. This is beyond maddening and should be fixed ASAP.

Latest release has major issues. Autocorrect is over-aggressive—deleting prior words in a series vs characters in words actually flagged as incorrect. Terrible.

I knew this would happen, but hoped it wouldn't. Version 8 is a hot mess on all platforms. User experience is garbage. As for iOS, the lack of faceID authentication after so many months is unacceptable. Nay, it's outright shameful.

Can’t put this down. Brilliantly executed tower defense game which ramps up the difficulty to a point that your eyes will bug out. Only quibbles are a lack of landscape mode on iPhone and a bit of latency while dragging the map around. Well worth the spend.

A five star app I enjoy subscribing to. Running on iOS 16 is a hot mess though. Audio is busted.

Really love the app, but when data is imported into the Health app on iOS 16, calories are doubled in the newly included Apple Fitness app, which messes with awards in the latter. As a result, no longer sure which is accurate.

Oy, where do I start? Constant pop-up prompts in the UI—can't believe you pay people for architecting this. The experience is utter rubbish. Then there are the actual search results... Basically, it's flip and repeat. No one new. No one of consequence. In short, garbage.
