The game shuts me down so fast saying there are no more moves that I am unable to see for myself. It is really annoying.

Recently there have been issues with freezing. I have a ton of recipes and other things of interest. Could there be too many? I have been trying to organize within categories and delete duplicates to lighten it up.

Recently it seems the Zoom screen on my iPad has changed. It is much more complicated and things have moved. Before when I pulled down on the top of the screen there were simple options on the left of the screen and a few along the top. Now my small screen of me is on the left, where it was on the right before. The options (many) are now along the bottom. I don’t know what they mean and they don’t stay open long enough for me to learn. It interferes with the class I am in when I can’t find what I want. At times I want to be able to see the other participants. I have been able to bring up a list of names but the camera icon next to the names don’t do anything. I have tried to search online but it is all old stuff. Nothing related to these changes. Please contact me with instructions on how to navigate them.

You advertise it but so far I am just popping bubbles. Fun enough but I would like the variety.

At least 2 of my sub mailboxes have disappeared. I can put mail into
them but I can’t see them for retrieval. I thought it was something I had done but if others have recently experienced this then maybe not.

I think I may have been scammed today. I should have investigated first. What to do now? A page popped up offering a survey and chance to win a prize. How do I find out if it is a real thing?

When I tap on a recipe I have saved a whole page of “More like this” or something to that effect pops up. I have had the app for years and although I haven’t always been pleased with the changes this is ridiculous. I want to know how to fix this but can’t get het help.

I have saved and used so many recipes, pictures, sayings, videos etc. Today the home page went from not finding a picture I wanted to save to black. Trying to pull up a recipe from my saved ones just pulled up a bunch of similar recipes. I can’t access my recipes! I tried turning off my iPad and turning it back but no change. So disappointed! Prior to today I would have given 5 stars.

No one, Verizon, T-mobile or Apple can answer this. I am on my daughter’s plan. When we were with Verizon I had this app on both my i-Pad and my Samsung phone. She switched us to T-mobile recently for a lower price and while I still have Message + on my phone I can’t get it on my i-Pad. I am unable to get the code to finish the process. I have tried different suggestions give online but nothing works. I can get other codes sent to my phone but not this one.

I give to about 4 charities a month plus pay for a zoom class as needed. Only the zoom class and one charity is listed in the app so I have to go on line to donate to the others. How do I get them to show up on the app?

I had this app on both my iPad and Samsung phone for some time. Very happy. When my daughter (whose plan I was on with Verizon) switched to T-mobile, it remained on my phone but stopped working on my iPad. I liked texting on the iPad because of the larger keypad. I have talked to Verizon, T-mobile and Apple Genius Bar. Everyone is stumped. I am praying it doesn’t stop working on my phone. I don’t want to switch to a different app. I have tried to reactivate the app on my iPad but no matter how many times I have tried and requested a code, it never comes.

I have had the app for as long as it has been available. It is on my android phone and my iPad. I used to used the My List so I didn’t have to write it out. My two devices used to talk to each other so I could make my list on my iPad and it would load into my phone for use at the store. No longer. Now it seems when creating the list it doesn’t even load the items. I just made a hand written list and then added them to my phone. When I went back to view the list the only thing on it was the last entry. Is the problem with the app or my devices. Very frustrating!

I have the app on my OIS phone and my iPad. They don’t seem to have the same features. I also go online through the ad I get each Wednesday. Today they didn’t communicate well. There was a place on one or two that listed things I buy and seemed to be offering the opportunity to buy them again but they didn’t get added to my list. Really frustrating when I use the phone app for my shopping list. Come on people. Things only seem to be getting worse.

Then yesterday I wanted to change the hours for my alerts to walk and instead deleted the part with the dial. After deleting the app and adding it back the walking part was a circle with a pair of shoes in the middle. No dial and no bzzz to alert me to get up and walk. I want it back. None of the online suggestions work. Maybe I am asking the wrong question. Yesterday I walked extra but today I walked about 1/3 my usual. Someone please help me fix this!

I hate this. There is just too much in it. I find things and then can’t find them again. I don’t do delivery or pick up. I shop in the store only. I liked the old app. Please fix this.

Today the game began freezing and crashing. I was working my way through the combined categories. With other apps I have been able to delete and reinstall without losing anything but today after deleting and reinstalling all my work has disappeared. I am angry and disappointed.

I dislike the the new format. I thought I was just making my list but found I had loaded a basket for delivery or pick up. Not sure which.
It is not to my mind user friendly. The add button has been missing for quite awhile for the weekly and monthly adds. I am no longer earning points and my card (a replacement for a lost one) doesn’t seem to be giving me the deals. When I get the weekly ad deals email the items shown, which are items I buy, don’t load and aren’t even in the app or online lists.

I have used my iPad for the game in past years but haven’t figured out how to scan the cards this year. Maybe I just overlooked the prompt.

I have been enjoying this (too much). I am writing about the new checkered highlighting and the moving to the end of the line as colors are used up. I like it. Very much. Thanks.
6/1/20 - I still love this game. I have even wondered if I am wearing it out. Is that possible? It has become slow to respond and sometime freezes briefly. I don’t notice it with other apps.

So far not too challenged but I don’t care. I can relax with it.

I have been very happy and used the app daily but after the update today it won’t stay open. I have tried different suggestions and retried some getting it to work for awhile and then crash again. I have many recipes stored on the app as well as other things of interest to me. Help!!!!!

Have to log on each time. Tried to contact you and was unable to fill in the topic. Each time I accessed the keyboard the cursor would jump to the subject and I couldn’t send the message because the topic was required.

The response time to cues is poor. Multiple tapping required to get from place to place and identify objects. Too much back and forth. Items don’t respond until they are needed making knowing what to tap from one time to the next frustrating.

Games crash. Items don’t respond to well to touch. Story is ok.

I am a semi retired nurse. School was not my favorite activity but I enjoy learning especially in this very interactive way. I am sure there are many aspects to this app that I will never use but simply being able to manipulate the skeleton and layering one or all of the systems is so much fun. It is great.

I have just started this particular game. I have others in the cloud. I like the clean appearance of it.

I like the random version. I like the challenge it provides. Please maintain your updates so the game continues to keep up with upgrades on my iPad. Just updated a few days ago. Good going.
