Nice photo editor, I love that you can buy a lifetime license. This would be my primary editor except that the Siri Shortcut actions appear to be broken. I get an “unknown error” message when trying to import and another error (“please prepare input for this shortcut in the shortcuts app”) when trying to use the “edit with darkroom” action.

I’d love to use this in my daily workflow, but it lacks Siri Shortcut actions for applying edits and presets, so I use a different app. Hopefully a robust list of Siri Shortcuts is in the works.

Too many forced surveys, pop ups, subscription ads. I just want to be able to go straight into using the tabs.

Items on my wish list:
Being able to remove or change the camera and lens information of photos and video.
The ability to get the caption from a photo in the Apple Photo library.

Great for live performances. An update I’d like to see is the ability to send audio to izicast directly without the need for another piece of software. I like to keep my setup simple.

I’m really liking what this plugin can do. I watched a video on the pro version and would love to see an in app upgrade option (one time payment for lifetime access preferred).
In the meantime this is a great one stop shop for cleaning up vocals. I like to perform live and I’m not noticing any latency either which is awesome.

This app has a long history of being annoying to use, and now it seems every time I open it to play some music I’m bombarded with useless survey questions that I can’t bypass so they can “customize my experience.” I don’t need this app to customize anything. All I want is access to chords and that’s IT. I don’t want music lessons, I don’t need it asking how I learn to play instruments, how I practice, I’m not interested in sharing my performances, none of it. I just want access to chords, STOP BOTHERING ME.

I like the service overall, but I want to use it on my iPad Pro M2 but unfortunately video and audio freeze for a moment about every second making it jarring to use on iPad. Hoping this will get fixed.

I was excited to relive this game on my iPad using my Xbox controller, but none of the buttons are mapped to throwing a bomb. Hoping they fix this, I hate using on screen controls.

Seems to work well, the feature that would make this a must-have for me is if it had Siri Shortcuts integration to programmatically edit the fields. Crossing my fingers and keeping an eye on future updates.

The app does a good job of getting quality photos, and the dev’s support is speedy. So far I’ve only been able to get jpgs out of the app, which might not be an issue for other people but I need support for higher quality formats like raw dng.
I had an issue trying to find the lifetime purchase option because when the app launched during the trial it offered me a subscription only. But the dev was quick to refund and explained where to go to find the lifetime option.
I’ll be keeping my eye out for an update that adds saving in dng. That would make this a must have app for me.
For those that don’t need dng I’d say this is a really good app, the UI is a little buggy and I’ve had some crashes, but the dev is responsive so I think this app will only get better and better.

I do my editing on my iPad and I can’t wait for Siri Shortcuts integration! When I saw that listed on the road map I bought the app same day! I’m so excited 😋

Brilliant app and I want desperately for this to be a regular part of my workflow but I would need a couple things for that to happen. #1 Better Palm rejection to eliminate unwanted UI actions. #2 Ability to adjust camera orbit speed, it’s feels a bit slow sometimes. #3 Being able to transition the target mesh verts to a flat surface matching the uv layout (for high poly models that have UVs like Marvelous Designer) so I can draw quads on flat mesh in order to easily create typology for difficult to reach/see places like in deep folds of cloth. That would be a game changer for me and make this app’s price easy to justify. I’m so excited to see how this develops and I think they have an incredible product on their hands. Making topology fun is no small feat, but they have already accomplished that. Hats off to the devs, Cozy Blanket is awesome! I Look forward to the updates you have in store 😋

Armor Paint may be rough around the edges currently, but I bought it to support the awesome work the devs are doing. I’m amazed at the quality apps that exist like Nomad and Cozy Blanket and I’m cheering for Armor Paint to fill the missing piece of texturing on the iPad! Excited to see this app grow. I agree with the other review that the devs should take too heart how Nomad and Cozy Blanket have innovated and brilliantly used the iPad touch screen, gestures, and Apple Pencil to make creating and editing intuitive and fun. A clutter free user interface is a must too.

Sound quality is great, much better than I expected. A few issues I noticed: CPU usage is higher than I expected. Also it often times doesn’t register when I play a key in the keyboard which makes it unusable for me. Hoping this gets fixed soon.

I had trouble getting started with this as an AUv3 plugin and ran into some glitches. At first my audio clips were not getting time stretched when pitch shifted, but got that working. The main issue now is that if I use the randomized button of this plugin inside of Loopy Pro after about 3 - 4 uses it breaks and Bleass stops out putting sound. The stand alone version of the app does not have this problem.
UPDATE: After spending some days tinkering with this app I realized what gem I almost missed out on due to a bad first impression. I still run into little issues like with the randomize button, but this app is AMAZING for creating unique instruments instantly with my microphone. It’s awesome inside of Loopy Pro. I was able to set up a button in Loopy that records my mic input to BLEASS with the press of a button and it is immediately playable on my keyboard. Pitch shifting with time stretching DOES work for me now and it’s fantastic. So many features I didn’t realize I needed or wanted! I love this app!

Decent, lightweight app, but a bit limited.
There are a couple things that prevent me from using this in my live workflow. The pitch shift for playback on the keyboard does not seem to have an option to preserve the audio clip’s original length.
Also mapping MIDI notes to specific pads does not work for me. I’m using Koala as an AUv3 plugin. If I record a kick on one pad and a snare on another I can only play the currently selected clip chromatically on the keyboard even after assigning each pads to a specific key on the keyboard.

I have Loopy Pro and want to send audio to izicast like I can with Sonobus via an auv3 plugin. For the price point I’m disappointed that this is not an option.

Siri Shortcuts is extremely powerful especially when you delve into tools like regex and api calls. My ADD makes it difficult to stay focused and complete tedious computer tasks at work (i.e. file management) but I’ve been able to make helper scripts for myself that take care of things like batch renaming files, organizing folders, backing up files, etc. It’s been a life saver for my work.
One feature request on my wish list is the ability to pull either an AAE file or JSON file for all the edits made to a image in Apple’s Photo library. Primarily I’m interested in grabbing the cropping, straightening, and leveling edits made in Photos so I can programmatically apply it to other photos or export the specs of the edit for use in other photo editing programs.
