I was communicating with support. They sent me links to videos of how to get the report w graphs after a meditation. I did this and still no reports. I sent screen shots back to support and now crickets. Nothing. No one is getting back to me. The only way for me to see data is while I’m meditating. Not helpful at all. For the love of god, please reply to me so I don’t have to return this thing.

I just bought this app. I’m running 15.6 iOS. I can login. I can get the opening 2 pages and then nothing from there. Super disappointed.

I just joined and then downloaded the app. The app will open but when I go to the screen for my card because I want to put it into Wallet, it just endlessly gives me the spinning spiral of death. Why do apps that are this crappy even get made. Why bother? I’d give it no stars if I could. Get it together app team.

I just want to see what’s there. I don’t want to give you ANY identifying info whatsoever. But in order to look you have to know who I am and where to advertise to me. Deleted!

Don’t know if it’s my phone or the app. When I open it now, most of the touch functions don’t work when trying to trash an email or do much of anything w an open email. Doesn’t resolve by anything other than restarting phone and even then touch still doesn’t work.
Will probably go to Apple store and see if it’s the phone. No other apps have had this issue thus far, though.

Worked ok when I downloaded a few days ago. Now I can't keep it open after I try and look at the altfolio. Flashes for me and then shuts the whole app down. Please fix.

I have had SunRun for years. The app has been very consistent for me until now. It is completely jacked up and I can't get any information. Fix it!!!

I am at the airport and it won't open. Looked for update but there is none. Crap!!!

What the hell? No way to know what to do with the new interface. Not remotely intuitive. Come on, it was fine before. Now I'm afraid to do anything thinking it might delete my mail before I download it. Go back to the old version. Even if it worked, and I knew what to do with it, this new one is nothing to write home about.

Crashes every time I go into Library. Waste of time.

To book my small dog traveling in cabin requires coordination of being on phone w rep to see if there is availability in cabin for my pet as I am booking my flights via the app so that I can then give my confirmation number to phone rep immediately after booking so as to not lose the availability. If I could do it myself in the app or online I would be so happy. Also I wish the $100 each way fee could be paid using miles instead of cash. Just sayin'.

Just wish I could do a question search w this app like I can on computer.
