Truist Mobile Truist Financial Corporation	Suntrust now Trist This has been the biggest debacle I have ever experienced! During the merger my bill pay to one of my creditors was sent twice to the tune of $3,200!!!! I am unable to download the app. I have called the mobil banking department on two occasions only to be on hold for over 6 hours…. I went to the bank and took my phone and showed them the one payment and of course the teller could not help me. The head teller told her I must have sent two payments while looking at my bill pay showing I requested one! The bank made a hugh mistake. Just glad I had funds to cover both. I miss my SunTrust app and hate this transition.	02/07/2022
