I love this concept and I’ve enjoyed the Nudge. However, the texts have now started being asking me a million questions only to offer me a free trial of Nudge Plus which I don’t want!! (And lots of companies offer free trials without requiring anything so stop acting like that’s a worthy reward for my time and data.) I thought if I answered the questions they would at least give me a plan (meaning social plan which is the service they provide).
Please reduce the number of texts asking questions and give people an option to not receive the texts that ask questions and then offer a free trial of Nudge Plus. If I want Nudge Plus, I’ll go into the app and explore how to get it. This has gotten out of hand and I’m now considering unsubscribing.

I always use this app on road trips, it’s super handy! I’m a fan.

I’ve enjoyed using this app and have generated savings from it, BUT now I’ve transferred funds from Albert to my checking account and I need an Albert account number and associated paperwork for my house closing ASAP. There’s no phone number and I’ve gotten no response from my texts sent to the customer service number. I need a response ASAP and then I’ll adjust rating. And if you don’t respond quickly I’ll close my account.
UPDATE: I did get a text response after several hours. That’s still not good enough, but I’ve updated my review to 3 stars. It’s good for saving money automatically but DO NOT keep the money there when saving for a home because it’s difficult to underwrite (there’s no account number). The tax statement helps though, which I had to request through customer service.

This is a very simple app and yet it still has a lot of bugs. I’m glad my complex has *something*, but it could be *a lot* better. Please, Hop team, fix these silly errors! Here are a few examples:
-After amenity reservation, it notifies you that the thing you just booked is already taken (because it’s just been taken... by you). This whole module loads slowly and is set up in an inefficient way.
-The comment drafting text box doesn’t let you see the full length of the text (the right side is cut off). When you try turning the screen sideways you can see a bit more but the text is still running the same way while the keyboard is perpendicular to it.
-I couldn’t post until I had entered more information on myself, but the screen that it took me to wouldn’t work. I had to go out of that and dig through settings to set it up.

Great for viewing and editing gdocs

I switched to this app from the catch the bus app because that app isn't up to date on the bus schedules, and I am not enjoying using this app.
I HATE the ads. They pop up randomly and I accidentally click them sometimes. I would've been willing to pay for the app, but that's not an option from what I've seen.
The app defaults to telling you which buses are closest to your current location, which can be nice if you're just casually waiting at the bus stop and are just curious about when the bus comes, but, for me, I'd like to plan ahead, leaving my apartment earlier or later or walking faster or slower (or sometimes running :)). This app doesn't work well for that because your bus generally won't come up until you're pretty close to the stop. They do have a function for you to look at specific stops and save your favorites, but it takes a long time to find a bus route and stop (it asks you which transit system you want every time). Plus, when you save something as a favorite, it only gives you the bus stop name, not the route name, so if you are looking at multiple routes at the same stop you can't tell the difference between them. That's extremely frustrating.
Unfortunately, I haven't found a better real time bus app yet. If the catch the bus developers would just update their app, I would go right back to using that one.

I echo what others have said, that this app used to be GREAT but it really needs an update now. (The Boston MBTA schedules have adjusted quite a bit since the last update.) I used to use it in conjunction with the google maps app, and that made me a transit goddess, but now I'm back to being a mere google maps mortal. :(
Please please please, developers, update this app!!

Looked a bit too mystical to me at first, but I really like this app! The instructions tell you to listen to it with headphones, but I just use my iPhone speakers.
I use both the wake and sleep features.
