Great app

I have been punished for a video I ACCIDENTALLY shared on my “close friends” and I even deleted as soon as it uploaded, before even being warned (proof of it being an accident). I keep getting told that the video was against the guidelines, which I am aware (hence why my explanation about deleting it right away, and how it was ACCIDENTAL). I have read the guidelines before and I knew the post could be against it. The post was meant to be sent to a friend and not posted on my stories. I contacted you guys before and was told it would be getting my account fixed once reviewed. It has been weeks now and I am a paying costumer who have always followed all guidelines. It is frustrating to still be waiting for this when it should be something so simple to be looked and fixed. I use my account for income and this is not helpful at all. Now I still got these red notifications saying my account status is no good. Please help and remove this. Last time i spoke to a representative, I was told this shouldn’t take long. I’ve been waiting for almost FOUR weeks now. I didnt even get a warning on a post that WAS SUPPOSED TO NOT BE SHAREABLE. And now my account gets punished?! This is a full month of punishment on my account for an accident! How have this not been looked into yet, by a person? I pay for extra support. But nothing has been done to help me yet. I just get told to read the guidelines. But this was an accidental post that was meant to be sent to a friend as a joke, on private DM. I already explained this so many times to support and they said “it’ll be reviewed…”

Searching engine is not good. I have a hard time finding emails, even though I write accurate keywords.
