Patterning 3 : Drum Machine Olympia Noise Co.	Don’t know what’s the problem 2018 iPad Pro 1TB 12.9". App midi locks in beatmaker 3 . Don’t know who’s at fault. Don’t care who’s at fault anymore. Most apps function properly in BM3, if it don’t work, I don’t need it. The app is AMAZING but I can’t use it in BM3. Been returning apps lately after ios17 update. I’m about to give up on this iOS apple platform for the lack of quality control and lack of apple \ developer communication. I have a severe urge to cry from anger and frustration after years of music making on iOS. It’s destroyed. Where’s the accountability? Sorry guys. Your app is great in LogicPro for ipad2. Update…. Logic Pro for iPad Apple	Internal midi issue (This review has been deleted) Session instruments like piano set internally to midi out to any receiving instrument will not play unless you select the receiving track. If I wanna make adjustments to session sound, the receiving track will midi lock. What’s the point? If I bounce it, I’m stuck with it and no experimentation is possible anymore. AND THERES TONS OF PARAMETERS. Developer Replies Reply Time 04/07/2024 Hi, The octaves and the velocities of the notes for the melody and the accompaniment, are parameters that can be changed on the fly while playing a motif in Sync mode. It seems like you’re expecting this app to work like other apps, but unfortunately that is never the case. Different apps have different architectures and algorithms. In Piano Motifs’ case there is a lot of processing that goes on to generate a motif that is musically pleasing, so unfortunately some parameters can’t be changed on the fly. Edit: Forgot to mention that you actually can change the key of a motif without changing the sequence. Go to the Arrange Screen and use the Semitones option to change the key.	04/05/2024

BeatMaker 3 INTUA	Still issues + new ones after update and years of app neglect It’s still my go to DAW. Best I ever used that allowed me to make my best work on. It’s just frustrating that wrinkles can’t be ironed out. Still unable to organize tracks, moving track up or down is erratic. Cpu meter is going into 500% suddenly, (new issue) Trimming an audio file sometimes leaves an unrecognizable waveform that won’t delete until app restart. BeatMaker 3 INTUA	dev been notified with no results. AbandonWare Dev don’t care to fix the bugs. Export misaligns the tracks by milliseconds, I use screen record instead. Track move function makes no sense, impossible to move where you need them. Audio files won’t play sometimes, but the waveform is there. Usually after time stretch or reversing it. It’s still the best app for me, but the devs been notified, they ain’t fix anything yet.	07/15/2022

Hi,
Piano Motifs needs to generate a motif before it can be played, so motifs can’t be modified or regenerated with new Settings while they’re played (while the transport is playing in Sync mode). You can change the Melody and Accompaniment octaves and also their velocities.
You can change the key of a motif if you go the Arrangement Screen and use the semitone function. The scale can’t be changed because the music generated is dependent on a defined scale, so there’s no way to.map it to a different scale. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Thank you, If some presets sound "off beat" please check the Sequencer "Rate" knob to see if it set to a whole or dotted note. For example, if you're looking for exactly on the beat you'll want "1/8" instead of "1/8 T". Hope that helps! If you do not like it, certainly you should ask for a refund!

Won’t sync properly with beatmaker3.

Some samples Out of sync with beatmaker3 as AUV3. Stand-alone crackling, unusable when another music app is open. I’m sure there are tons of other issues I’ll soon discover.

I purchased the app thinking maybe it will work with beatmaker3 after. Nope, nada,zero, still broken app. I told the developers before. They said it works. I guess they have my iPad Pro when I don’t. Nasty. I posted a video on YouTube to warn people about the issue showing them the problem.

UPDATE: Please google Scaler 2 and Beatmaker 3. You will see lots of users on YouTube using it. Not sure what else we can do to appease or help you. Scaler works perfectly as an AuV3, we'd appreciate it if you could adjust your review as it is misleading. Thank you.
Scaler 2 works perfectly in all of AUV3, beatmaker3, Garbageband and nanostudio. It's also able to control other synth plugins via any audio mixer such as AUM and AudioBus. May we suggest you check out YouTube for plenty of examples? We don't post or solicit fake reviews. Scaler has been downloaded 10,000 times so it's only reasonable to expect 87 reviews thus far.

I didn’t purchase it yet, and won’t until i see it functioning properly. Also, it would be awesome if it can control other synth plug-ins. I don’t want to be stuck with the 45 sounds they offer. Positive reviews here are fake all posted within 3 days of debut.

These plug-in are overpriced, compared to lower priced and free apps, difference in sound quality is barely noticeable if at all. You are paying for the name. $19-$30 for a pretty gui
Look at 4pockets Visual Multi-band compressor $8 , bigger app, more functionality, lower price, HD quality.

Dev don’t care to fix the bugs. Export misaligns the tracks by milliseconds, I use screen record instead. Track move function makes no sense, impossible to move where you need them. Audio files won’t play sometimes, but the waveform is there. Usually after time stretch or reversing it. It’s still the best app for me, but the devs been notified, they ain’t fix anything yet.
