قدر خبرتي في مجال البرمجيات و تجربتي من خلال استخدامي لبطاقتكم المصرفية والتطبيق الذي يعمل عليها في أجهزة الموبايل لاحظت بأن تطبيقكم غير دقيق من الناحية الحسابية وكذلك فيما يخص الإشعارات ووفقاً لما يلي : الناحية الحسابية ــــــــــــــــــــــ ١- مبلغ الرصيد لا يتضمن أي كسور لما يخص أجزاء الدينار وكذلك الحال فيما يخص مبالغ السحب والإيداع في كشف الحساب. ٢- عندما يكون السحب أو الإيداع بعملة غير الدينار العراقي يجب ان يثبت المبلغ المكافئ لمبلغ السحب أو الإيداع بالدينار العراقي ويعكس ذلك في كشف الحساب. ٣- تدوين السحوبات غير دقيق حيث لا تظهر أحياناً بعض السحوبات في كشف الحساب ولكن مبلغها يخصم من الرصيد. ٤- كان يجب على المصارف العراقية وبالإتفاق مع وزارة المالية وقبل الشروع باصدار هذه البطاقات المصرفية للمواطنين ترقيم جميع الأجهزة الألكترونية وعائديتها التي يتم من خلالها تسديد المبالغ من البطاقات المصرفية وكذلك ترقيم جميع أجهزة النقد الألكترونية (ATM) وعائديتها التي قد يستخدمها صاحب البطاقة المصرفية لإيداع المبالغ في بطاقته من خلالها. الإشعارات ـــــــــــــ ١- يجب الفصل بين الأشعارات الحسابية (المالية) المتعلقة بالسحب والإيداع عن الإشعارات العامة ويكون لكل منها فايل يتضمنها وآيكونتين للإشارة لها بحيث تمكن المستفيد من الولوج لها عبر التطبيق. ٢- بعض عمليات السحب أو الشراء لاتظهر في حقل الإشعارات بالرغم من خصم مبلغها من الرصيد. ٣- عند الشراء خارج العراق يجب ان يظهر مبلغ الشراء مطابق للمبلغ المدون في القائمة وعدم حذف كسور المبلغ كما ويجب ان يظهر ايضاً المبلغ المكافئ له بالدينار العراقي. ٣- الرسالة التي تسمى حركة تسوق يجب أن يحتوي السطر الأول تاريخ اليوم والوقت وفي السطر الثاني عبارة تم (تسديد أو إيداع) المبلغ التالي لـ (أسم الجهة التي سدد أو أودع لها المبلغ) وبالطبع بدون الأقواس. وفي السطر الثالث يحتوي على عنوانين الأول دينار عراقي والعنوان الثاني رمز العملة للبلد الذي تم الشراء أو الإيداع فيه ان كان خارج العراق والسطر الرابع يحتوي على المبالغ.

مع الأسف كنت أعتقد بأن مواقع الأونلاين في العراق مماثلة لما هي عليه في بقية دول العالم ولكن المتعامل معها يصاب بصدمة وآخرها موقعكم حيث استلمت مواد الطلبية ووجدت فيها مشاكل واتصلت بكم عبر الواتساب ولم أصل إلى أي نتيجة بالإستبدال أو الإرجاع فقط المماطلة ومنذ اسبوع تقريباً … لذلك انصح الحميع بعدم طلب اية مواد من مواقع الأونلاين.

هناك الكثير من المشاكل البرمجية في التطبيق وعلى الكادر المسؤول عن إعداده ملاحظتها واتخاذ مايلزم لمعالجتها لتمكين الزبائن من تأشير المفضلات وكذلك إضافة مواد الى سلة المشتريات دون الحاجة للخروج والعودة لنفس المادة كي يضيف نوع آخر منها ناهيك عن عدم السماح للمشتري باضافة المواد التي يبغي شرائها عندما يصبح عددها ١٧ ومبلغها ٣٨ ألف دينار وكذلك هناك مشكلة في عمليات البحث وإظهار مواد لا علاقة لها في الإستفسار … تحياتي
