Bank of the West Mobile App Bank of the West	Horrible app Makes me use a “one time” password every single time I log on. The lady at customer service says it because the app doesn’t know my phone 🙄. I’m not sure why I have to jump thru hoops to look at my account. What’s even funnier is it shows the quick balance meaning anyone who has my phone can see my account without a password furthermore if someone has my phone and is in my account obviously they could get a text password.
