Going back to previous puzzles

  

There is a thing happening where I will complete a puzzle and go on to the next one, then close the app for whatever reason but when I go back to the puzzle it goes back to the previous one I’ve already completed and I have to do it again. It’s been doing this for awhile and was just wondering if there was any way to fix it. Other than that I love this app and I’ve been using to for years!

My pictures keep resetting

  

EDIT: ANOTHER picture just reset after completely finishing it. I am going to delete this app if my progress can’t be saved. I had just finish a huge picture that took me a good hour or more to finish. I went and closed out of the app for awhile and when I went back into the app, the picture that I had finished (it had a check mark and everything) was completely reset!!! That is not the first time it has done this, and it’s really annoying that my progress just disappears.

TOO MANY ADS

  

This used to be one of my all time favorite apps, but the CONSTANT ads have ruined it for me. I understand y’all need to make money, but having the ads pop up WHILE I’m coloring, especially like after every other number is way too much. Please go back to the way it used to be when the ads were at the beginning and the end of the drawing. Also, the ads are always making the game freeze.

With this new update I have no idea what’s going on. There are puzzles I try and go to solve but I can’t do anything with them because there are no letters!!! It’s just blank so I cannot answer any of the questions

TOO MANY ADS

I love this app and I’ve had it for a couple years now but the ads in the middle of pictures is crazy. I understand you guys need to advertise but could you please go to the way it used to be when there were ads before and after the picture, not in the middle! Especially so much. It’s really distracting and I almost don’t want to finish the picture. Also, if you could change it to where if you mess you, you can erase your mistake. When I make a mistake my OCD kicks in. I will still continue to use this app, but I may switch to a different coloring app if the ads don’t chill out LOL

I can’t do anything???

  

I’ve tried twice now to make an account, and for some reason it will just not let me. I was able to put in my email and create my password and when it asks “Are you an existing Shop Your Way member, I choose No, then it says there is a problem and to try again later. I’ve tried twice and now I can’t even use the emails I used, and I cannot even connect my Facebook to it. Please tell me what I’m doing wrong because this is annoying. I can’t spin anything at all.

How do I stop automatic renewal???

  

So I recently tried at the free trial, I didn’t make an account but I put in my iTunes information, and it said it would automatically charge me 8.99 or whatever after the trial. I had no intentions of keeping the subscription, I just wanted to try it out. But apparently I don’t know how to change that. I went to settings to “restore previous purchases” and it said everything was fine. Well when I checked my email this morning it said I’ve been charged. I shouldn’t have been charged for this. I really need to find a way to take care of this and it’s taking money I don’t have!!! Please fix this, I would like a refund.

I love this app, but...

  

I love this app. It’s a great way to pass the time, and I love the variety of pictures. I could spend hours on this app. I’ve had this app for about a month now, and I can say without a doubt, I’ve been using it every day since. But since the new update, I find myself not using it as much as I used to. Of course, I love the 3-D you’ve added to it. But ever since the update, I find that when I’m filling in numbers, it lags a lot. Like A LOT. There are times I’m trying to scroll through the picture, but it like freezes for a few seconds, and it also lags when I try to fill in a number. Before the update, it didn’t do that at all. I mean it’s not long lags, but it’s enough to be noticeable and quite irritating. Now I don’t know if it’s just my app, but it’s kind of annoying. Maybe I should delete the app, and re-download it? I don’t know if that will reset all the pictures I’ve finished. But if this is something that can be fixed, I would like that very much, because I really do love this app! Please & thank you. :))
