For some reason multiple attempts to add a tracking # to informed delivery have been unsuccessful despite the app saying otherwise.

Still experiencing issues with half of my recipes not showing up in the app despite it suggesting otherwise when sending an internet link to the app. Of the recipes that do end up making, about a quarter of them don’t load correctly - so title, pictures, ingredients don’t populate and attempts to correct the issue are unsuccessful. I Amy be able to update the title and/or photo, but copying and pasting ingredients or instructions causes the app to glitch out and not save anything. Definitely a lot more work and too many recipes falling through the cracks.
Most of the recipes I’m “syncing” end up disappearing and the developers don’t seem inclined to respond to emails and correcting the issue.

I bet you if insurance covered this you’d get a lot more users.

Browsing on the app is just brutal because of how slow and clunky it is. I hate when I’m trying to browse and the your app is moving slowly and I accidentally click back too quickly and the. My filtered search results are no longer accessible and I have to do it again. I hate that it pauses/freezes when updating filters instead of just waiting to apply.
Overall this app is a cluster**** of disorganization that stresses out my neurodivergent mind. Too many distractions and irrelevant search results but I guess that works out better in my favor since I limit my purchasing and browsing time since I don’t like your app.

eBay (both their site and their app) are geared too much towards advertising their other auctions. It’s ridiculous on the app that I have to scroll past a section of products I might be interested in just to view the description of the product i just clicked on!!!!!
Also stop trying to be like Etsy and bringing up or prioritizing irrelevant search results. Thank you again for reminding me of why I hate capitalism so much.

Deleted the app after an ad opened in a safari window for some type of SPAM SCAM related to McAfee security. This was during the middle of the game. Happened again the next time.
Also not happy with the bottom of the barrel advertising I’m exposed too. Too many that seem to be using AI deepfakes of celebs and your ads just seem to give off a high ick factor.

The less DSW invests in the app and improving the customer experience, the less likely I’m going to use your app and make purchases. I hate shopping your app because of your filters and how they’re set up (too time consuming to effectively use your filters), improve the spell check experience especially when searching, limited s (I mean really - you’re going to limit my wishlist?), and how many times you advertise for a show I’d like on my emails and then your stupid emails don’t work.
I’ve moved on from DSW and have started shopping elsewhere since the customer experience is considerably better.

I guess it’s a blessing in disguise that you don’t have better search filters. When looking for pet supplies you have an option for gender for pet supplies but no filter for pet type. Very very odd.
Would appreciate a filter for plastic or synthetic free materials too.

Continue to have issues with recipes not appearing on RecipeBox and unable to make efficient updates to existing recipes - I update the picture but then can’t update ingredients or instructions.
I send a lot of recipes to RecipeBox but they only seem to receive about half of them. Would love a Recent tab for all new recipes sent over so I can review but at this time I still cannot trust RecipeBox to receive all of the recipes available. Would also make things easier for processing so I can make edits to the recipe and categories (always imports categories and adds then rather than trying to apply to existing ones sometimes). The more I am unable to do this and the less likely I will continue using this app in the future.

Is it really that hard to configure a better spellcheck in your app and in particular for reviews?
Would also love to start something in your app and then return to it without having to start completely over (ie reviews).
If you want more reviews, then make it easier for reviewers to leave a review. I don’t look at Best Buy on a desktop website ever but leaving a review on your app is just a pain.

If you like continuously being screwed in the pooch by DoorDash then this is for you.
I don’t know what happened to the original dasher who was supposed to deliver my order but whatever happened to her cause my food to be sitting for over an hour while I waited for it to be delivered. Also appreciate how your agents never though to reassign the Dasher until I prompted them. Many of your employees and contractors constantly do the bare minimum and quite frankly I’m sick of it especially given that I tip so well.
Recommendation - visit Japan and you’ll see what great customer service looks like.

Disappointed as it seems they keep moving towards pushing users to pay for the app for an ad free experience AND limiting the spreads available if you don’t pay.

DoorDash customer service is much better. I had to submit this form multiple times because of tech issues. Your process is considerably slower and less efficient than DoorDash - getting a refund for $3 is taking me over 10 minutes where as DoorDash would have sent the refund already in 2 minutes.

Please invest in your app and actually make it worthwhile for your customers to use. I downloaded for the first time to use today and was unable to complete my order because my contact info was not complete. Email address was grayed out but everything else was filled so could not complete. Ordering from your competitor instead who has a much better ordering experience on their app.

Pinterest is just not has exciting or helpful anymore. 1) too many pins where you click on it but it’s too much sifting through crap to locate the picture you were searching for 2) you are redirected to another page 3) spam 4) it’s just the image on tumblr, Instagram, or uploaded - I really wish Pinterest would make it easier to let you know that there’s no point actually clicking on the image Also - when every other pin is an ad...why bother using it
More ads than content and the ads are all the same crap.

Not sure what updates Apple made in the past 2 updates but both of them have led to a significant battery drain that I did not experience before. The first update my watch usually died between 5 and 8 PM and now it can’t make it past lunch! A watch that regularly dies within 5-6 hours with limited use?
Not happy if this is your way to force me to upgrade while I’m trying to actively not upgrade my Apple products until there are conditions are better in the communities you destroy to mine for lithium (ahem Congo).

So while in the middle of playing I was redirected to a website taking me away from the app and directing me to complete a survey and a chance to win an iPad. If you win you have to pay $5 in shipping. Website was prizepursuitdaily.com. Searched and sounds like a scam.

Definitely way too many ads and specifically asking for $. I mean really 4 pop-up ad windows right after another? Gotta love capitalism.

I have to check the unit daily because it CONSTANTLY has issues properly detecting and cycling when my cats use it and screws up the garage. The buttons on the actual unit rarely work so I literally can only use the app to get this crap unit working. Thank goodness my basement is unfinished since my cats have been doing their business on my unfinished floor instead of the unit due to the myriad of issues. Many times I come downstairs to see the unit on, drawer empty, and feces and unit are piled on top of the litter in the unit. Honestly this is a lot more money than it’s worth. And why isn’t there any support in your app?! Stop focusing using on how much money you can scam from me and actually ENGINEER AND PRODUCE a quality product.

There’s more advertising than search results and honestly gets exhausting when I’m trying to find something and so many irrelevant or I wish the filter setting would have filtered the ad out. Spending less time on Etsy and less time browsing.
Your filters aren’t quite sufficient to filter out the irrelevant results and wish they could be applicable to the ads and sponsored crap I have to put up with.
Also HATE this new formatting. Are you a craft marketplace or an advertiser? Replacing my updates tab with deals is so frustrating. I’m already bombarded with countless ads, your data mining our info and doing goodness knows what with it, how much more are you going to milk this experience?

Please stop producing expensive shows if your marketing team is only going to half-*$$ their job or your writing team wants to use the series for new stories rather than staying somewhat faithful to the author’s books (only exception for me is that I appreciate and prefer when you cast more diverse actors and staff). I loved watching Warrior Nun but most people had never heard of it and I never saw any marketing for it.
You drop way too many series even when they seem to be performing successfully (shadow and bones). I wish there was more consistency with the series staying with Netflix longer. There were several series that had been on Netflix a long time and they’re not available anymore.

App won’t load current and active order. Have to log on webpage to get update.

Honestly just wasted so much of my time building a cart for a store not to deliver to my address.

Ads are everywhere it seems and I can’t escape it. Only thing it does is encourage me to not use that brand.
Also your app and website are cluster****s with irrelevant data and search results. Including better filters would be nice. Like if a product is out of stock or only kohl’s brands.
Honestly using your app is a worse experience than others.
