Incredible game, but I wish you could play as a Returner

I love this game with all my passion. Good graphics, runs smoothly even on my older phone, and a lot of content that even holds up post-campaign. That being said, the game severely lacks captain customization, having only one captain you can play as (except for the DLC female one), and that’s it. It would be nice to have more variety to customize our captains in the future and make them feel more connected to the ship we sail. I also really wish we could join the Returners faction. Sure, the Seekers are the human version of them, but I feel like the Returners just have so much unused potential for game content. An otherwise great game overall. 5/5.

Incredible game, but needs a little bit more

Easily one of the most fun games I’ve played on a mobile device by far. A not too complicated story, easy mechanics, and various ways to customize your knight. It is fairly early in the game’s lifespan right now so take what I say next with a grain of salt. It’s mostly just suggestions for down the road, but its not crucial to the game. -Hitboxes can be a little (or sometimes very) glitchy at times and can make completely fair fights become one sided, be it you or your opponent. It’s pretty rare for this to happen but when it does it can mess up a run. -Hitboxes feel a little random sometimes. There are times when a lance should connect and it’ll just register as a missed attack. This is really my only big complaint with mechanics not working as intended and it’s messed up a couple of fights for me. Sometimes aiming for the shield might register as a head hit, or going for a spot that isn’t guarded by a shield that ends up still counting for a shield hit. -The game could use a little more customization. More vibrant colors, banners, and the ability to use gear as vanity post-game is what makes a game more appealing, at least to me. Customization is an important aspect to any game. You guys have a lot of awesome gear and armor that’s locked behind once you progress far enough. It’d be nice to retain your stats (5/5/5) by the end and have the ability to equip said gear just for the looks. -Maybe the ability to get more titles? :) Otherwise, this game is awesome. Again, it has only been a few weeks since the game has been released so I’m not too worried about these being revised or added on right now. You guys have done an amazing job. A few small fixes and revision would easily make this a 5-star game. I hope everything goes well down the road, I am really looking forward to see this game blossom over time!!! <3

Wow, thank you for taking the time to right this, amazing and detailed feedback! We've made some changes to hitboxes recently so we hope this will improve things, but we'll keep an eye on feedback coming out. It's hard to completely resolve this issue because the hitboxes don't match up 100% to the actual sprites on screen. For example, if you are using a kite shield your shield hitbox will still stay the same size for fairness. We might look at building in more visual cues later on, but have purposely avoided making the hitboxes too apparant. Customization is something we love as well so watch this space! We've got plans to implement most of what you're describing - and some more besides. Once again really appreciate the detailed review and feedback, we'll be checking back on this one as we work on updates. Thanks for playing Knight Lancer and we hope you'll also enjoy the updates to come!

Incredible game, some small flaws

Been playing on and off for probably around six years now. Gotten to the point where I can beat Earth in about 15 minutes tops, start to finish.
Even though it’s all a text clicker, it is really well done and keeps you engaged. It’s always nice to see your money constantly go up, and when you hit a barrier, wait a bit and come back to your piles of riches.
Only issue I’ve got is that this game requires connection. For events, I’d understand, but for the base game? It’s unnecessary.
There’s also the slight pay-to-win barrier that seems menacing at first glance but eventually you can come to terms that it will take a lot of time to get there. That is, unless you want to spend real racks of hundreds for centillions of adcap bucks.
Either way, great game— and one of few that managed to keep me hooked throughout the years. This will probably stick with me for a while. Well done!

A great game, but is not the same.

Retired on 3/7/20.
I’ve been a veteran since February of 2017, and I’ll be honest - this game is great. A lot to do, tons of crews to collect, and a ton of ships to unlock.
This is very similar to games like Clash of Clans, but in some cases even better.
There’s a whole free to play campaign, though it requires a lot of ad watching. You can easily get cash by watching ads on several accounts, which makes your experience easier but it’s extremely time costuming.
The reason why I retired though is because the game has declined in fun and pvp can get annoying.
Here’s why:
1) Extremely high levels (even top players) can start to attack you at level 8. There should be some way to balance that out and prevent that.
2) Special rooms can give a significant advantage. Extra crew, extra power, etc... it’s fun when you’re the attacker, but when you have nothing and constantly getting bombarded by people with the special rooms (which costs the rarer in game currency you can get by buying or ad watching like I mentioned earlier)the game can get extremely painful. You’ll need a special room one way or another, and trust me: it isn’t easy.
3) PvP is unbalanced. People will trophy drop just to attack you and gain the maximum amount of trophies from a higher player and repeat the process. This gets extremely infuriating and trophies are hard to come by in high numbers when you get to higher levels.
Though don’t get me wrong, this game has a really warm community who is willing to help you out in any way possible, and the game is constantly growing. Just remember these as you go: it’s just driven me to the point where I’ve retired at lvl 8.
