This app was fun for a minute, but they have ads after every freaking game and sometimes while you are in the middle of it. Horrible app.

Their dryers don’t heat.

I booked the reservation to stay at a Westin in Dallas, TX around 2pm. My son had a football game scheduled, and we were going to stay rather than drive home in the middle of the night. At 5:06pm, my son finds out his teammate is sick and COVID+, so my son has to isolate for 14 days. The game is canceled, and we are obviously not headed to Dallas. Priceline states that the hotel decides whether we can cancel. The hotel manager states that Priceline has the money, and they are the only company with authority to cancel. They state that they have nothing to do with it. I have tried using the app to message after my original attempt, and the app is no longer allowing me to enter my responses. I have tried the texting feature, but there has been no connection with anyone after I messaged. I have tried calling Priceline, and they put me in a callback queue. They called after about 15 minutes and it immediately disconnected before anyone spoke. Now, I am in another queue...awaiting someone to help me with this reservation.
