A brainless, vapid, little game

Just terrible. A one dimensional story, spelling and grammatical mistakes abound, and empty, brainless game mechanics. I can’t be bothered to waste any more words on such a stupid way to spend my time

Hutch Games Ltd

Boring, and rigged

There’s SO little variation to this game and it’s EXTREMELY ad-heavy to get any rewards. The daily spinner is rigged - I’ve only ever won the two least valuable items out of about a dozen, because they want you to pay for GOLDEN spins.
Not a game that really rewards any kind of grind, you have to watch SO MANY ads if you don’t want to pay anything.

Grzegorz Borkowski

Old school RPG

Loving crafted and clearly not a pay to play game, this has been a lot of fun! I paid to support the game as it’s clear the developer puts his heart and soul into it. Highly recommended

HABBY

NOT an RPG - a simple deck building combat game

The title / category of this game is completely misleading - there are no roleplaying elements. No choosing where to explore in a dungeon, just a series of card draws resulting in the usual tiered system of cards to battle enemy formations. There is a dash of seasoning with an elemental priority system - like rock, paper, scissors, but there is no entry storyline or dialog or character development or discovery.
You can get a comparatively long way in the first 24 hours with the initial loot drops but progress will then slow to a crawl as you hit the paywall, HARD.
I uninstalled it after 24 hours as there is no depth to it, or nothing that I’m willing to pay to discover.

Needs work

The AI is pretty weak and plays too conservatively, however there are inexcusable errors and mistakes which don’t take the rules of backgammon into account.
For example, the doubling dice are often unavailable either when the player has not doubled or when the AI has doubled and the player should be able to redouble.
Also, the program cannot be trusted to bear off accurately. I was left with two pieces to bear off on the four spot and three spot. I rolled a five and a three which would be enough to bear off and win, however the program used the three to move the four spot to the one spot and then used the five to move the three spot off the board. The AI went out on its next roll hence losing me the game.
The only positives is that it works offline when I’m in the subway and the ads are able to be skipped fairly quickly. There aren’t any other decent offline capable backgammon games that I’ve found yet, so this is the best of a bad bunch. So unsatisfying though…

22Cans

Too commercial

While there is a help system, too much remains unexplained at the beginning and I immediately felt the pressure of the intrusive prods to buy gems and other bonuses. Felt a little icky so I uninstalled

Taxing but cool.

I’ve not played it much but it’s definitely a challenge. Lots to learn as you progress, but I’m significantly better after just a couple of hours of play than when I started

Waaaay too difficult to play without buying boosts

No fun. Too much of a grind - for EVERYTHING. You have to pay for inventory space, pay for workers, pay for storage, pay for every building. Can’t help but think all these positive reviews came in before the game was tweaked. I’ll be uninstalling and playing with a game by a less greedy developer.

Sorry to hear you feel this way! However, you can beat the game and access every resource without spending any real money. Every resource, every equipment piece can be earned through in-game means, and you can proceed at your own pace! Hope this helps and if you need tips or guidance you can always join our social media for more info.
Best regards.

Not bad but needs basic improvements…

In brief - the advertising is reasonable - not too intrusive, and reasonably easy to skip.
The AI isn’t the smartest, and could use tweaking. It’s not always the most efficient when bearing off and sometimes it passes up on knocking player tiles off when they would lose very little. Maybe an ‘aggresiveness’ setting might be useful?
However, by far the biggest negative, for me, is the fact that the board doesn’t alternate light and dark spaces - it makes it WAY more difficult to see where you’re moving to. EVERY single other backgammon board I’ve seen or played on has this feature. This would be a simple change and worth a star in my book.
Otherwise, I like it. The preset challenges are a nice, unique variation, will interested to see how those go.
My overall rating would be about 3.5 stars, but 4 stars would currently be more than I would feel is properly representative. Here’s hoping they can make some basic tweaks.

KINKY DATING APP LTD

Spamtastic app which crashes all the time

This app spans you into thinking it’s worth signing up given the amount of interest shown in your profile. Once you do, you find that a lot of that interest is old and out of date, or is a constant loop of the recent interest. Add to that the fact that the app crashes all the time when I’m trying to message someone and it’s an aggravation which isn’t worth my time. SO glad I only signed up for one month and didn’t waste more money. Also, quality control is VERY low - lots of spelling and grammatical errors in the app itself.

Fun and engaging, but a few rough edges

So far I’m quite enjoying The Wanderer. The gameplay isn’t hugely varied but that hasn’t seemed to limit my desire to expand further and progress my character. There is enough detail in the mechanics, and the game itself if well balanced enough that it’s still a tightrope walk to make sure you don’t stray too far outside your effective range and get stomped on.
The downsides are mainly the rough edges for what I assume is either a relatively new game, or one which has grown a rapidly. The most recent update added full-time banner ads at the top of the screen and was crudely done - the ads obscure part of the status info up there. They also appear over the in-game ads which you’ll need to use in order to fast travel, unless you have extra deep pockets to pay your way through the game.
I also find the portrait layout rather frustrating as I keep my iPad in a keypad case, which means that the iPad becomes very awkward to hold. There are some other minor gripes, but I’m sure they will get polished up in the coming months as there does seem to be active development and improvement going on (hopefully those interface issues will be resolved.)

Big Win Casino Games

Not for serious poker players

I’ve been looking for a decent offline poker game for a while and decided to try this. Uninstalled it after five minutes as the betting is completely unrealistic, I mean, who goes all in on the second hand (with holdings still equal for all players) with six/ten off-suit?

Simplistic but reasonably enjoyable

Not much to say not already said. Graphics are cutesy, but shuffling is less than random

All show, not so much go

Looks gorgeous, fun concept, but overly commercial and there are basic bugs that prevent missions being completed (i.e. Forge three items for a reward - no matter how many items I forge, the count stays at zero)
It's fairly unique, but is probably only going to be really fun it pee money away at it

Very useful utility, intrusive ads

I've used the speedtest.net as my go to internet test utility for a few years now. Accordingly, I was stoked to discover that they had written an app to offer the same functionality. It does exactly what it says on the can, and so can't be faulted for that, but the ads are intrusive, and frequent. However, I choose not to penalize the rating for that reason as it is the price you pay for the free version.

Skype Communications S.a.r.l

Dumber than a bag of hammers

So, the desktop interface is functional and works fine. The iPhone interface is completely half baked - you can't even pull up one of the alternative phone numbers saved in a contact's profile (ie call their landline to tell them to turn on skype).
You would think that an enterprise the size of skype would be able to afford a programmer or two who would be capable of making a usable smartphone interface that replicates the functionality of the desktop program...

Topebox

Awesomest pay to play game

I can only echo what others have said - this is how pay to play should work. You can choose to pay to get super weapons quickly, but you don't have to possess them to progress!
Fun little game.
