Worthless Watch for parents who want to actually be able to call their kids.

  

We have been trying to get this watch to work for over six months. It won’t allow our son to call me, only my wife can receive his calls or call him. It only works about 50% of the time for location tracking and the rest of the time it shows him many miles away or his location is “not available”. The battery lasts about 3 hours. The app is cumbersome and has very poor functionality. Its total junk and a waste of money.
We have talked to tech support, deleted and reinstalled the app, updated software, confirmed contact information is accurate, all to know avail. If I could give this watch a negative rating I would.

Terrible customer service - don’t book a taxi with booking.com

  

I have been a loyal and happy customer of booking.com for over a decade. However a recent experience with customer service has left me insulted and disappointed. I booked a car through the booking.com app while on a business trip in the EU. I scheduled the pickup for 6:00am the day prior, got confirmation was charged for the ride. I was outside 10 mins prior to scheduled pickup and waited in the rain for over 30 mins for a driver that never showed. I called the driver multiple times and got no answer. Called customer service and they also tried to contact the driver and got no answer. Ended up getting an Uber.
When I requested a refund from booking.com for the prepaid trip, after a 3 week+ delay, I was told no refund as the driver said he showed up and that it was my fault. It’s one thing for a mixup, driver slept in, stuff happens scenario for an excuse, I could have lived with that. But to deny a refund for a service that wasn’t provided, tell the customer it’s their fault and that I basically am a liar, and that justifies bookings.com to keep my $56 just is too much for me to accept.
Account deleted, too many competitors that will provide the same or better product and not call me a liar. Really sad customer service booking.com.

New app is a disaster relative to previous versions

  

We have had a 7 speaker Sonos system for last five years. Three rooms (Groups), updated software on both iPhone and Sonos app. Have loved it for most of our ownership.
The last few updates from Sonos have been increasingly challenging. What used to be a simple and problem free experience when trying to use the Sonos hardware is now a nightmare. Phone freezes half the time, Sonos app constantly demanding update even tho it’s the latest version. Almost impossible to operate Sonos in normal manner without spending five minutes repeating the same steps over and over until the system works as desired.
New app is full of bugs with iPhone 6s. Latest Sonos app update installed. OS 11.2 installed. Also logic to play music in different Groups is overly complex, especially in relationship to previous versions of app.
Overall, still like the hardware and think it’s a good system, but the app has taken a turn into nightmare land. What used to be great is now a POS. Would look for a different system if I was in the market for wireless speakers due to the app.

Super helpful in today's busy world. Functional and convenient and my "go to" for business lunch and dinner reservations. Better than having an assistant!
Keep adding restaurants!
