The first thing this app does is forcing me to try to free trial. However, when I try to cancel my plan, it ask me to sign into my gmail and verify it, I tried to do so five times at least but it would process anything. And there are no information about the customer support, it only has the “email us” tab which leads to confusion and problems. Give me my money back

The UIUX design is confusing. Have trouble navigating and finding how to cancel the stay! Caused me to pay 200 dollars for nothing because there was a confusion in cancellation with the host.
