Nothing but ads now… barely any free content

The old version was waaay better. No ads and it was a lot more enjoyable. The levels are too complex and not nearly as fun.

Constantly logs you out for no reason , and then it’s an hour long ordeal to log back in. Absolutely ridiculous

Doesn’t work overseas doesn’t work with VPNs… too few functions are available in the app and force you to login through a browser.

Worthless customer service

at one point grubhub was the best, now they’re not even relevant. Uber eats is waaaaay better. Grubhub is just fees upon fees upon fees and drivers expecting 30% tips. No thanks.

2 hours chatting and talking with customer support and can’t get any resolution to my issue other than to disable 5ghz. All I want to do is specify a 5ghz channel and bandwidth, but Cox locks you into automatic mode… you used to be able to go to their website and set it to manual, but now they’ve defaulted everything to this app that doesn’t do anything beyond log you on and reset your modem. The fact that you can login to your modem as an admin and not have the ability to change settings is ridiculous

Uber one is great. As long as you never leave the country. Otherwise you have to buy Uber one in every country you travel to… and they finally have add ons, but it’s never with the same driver! So it’s just added tips, trips to pick up your order, etc. so annoying.

Ok so Uber 1 is worth it, especially if you travel for a living. And finally! Add ons… you can order from 2 restaurants! Except you can’t pick the two… it’s random, might even be a gas station. And it’s NEVER the same drive, so added waiting, coordination, and you have to tip even more. If they could fix these problems it would be such a better app.

You can literally get a lifetime ban for traveling. How insane is that?!

Missing so many features on the mobile app. It’s ridiculous that you need a desktop/laptop to access basic features.

Ridiculous that my airline forced us to switch to this app. It provides no information about your schedule at all. No monthly view with any information on it, no credit vs block hour info… literally nothing but a few colored dots.

The entire point of being able to download movies and shows is to watch them offline. If you do that with hbo max you’ll get an error on your downloads page saying “no connection found try again.” Well then why in the world did I download anything?!

Whether it’s Covid propaganda or constant ads… definitely the most annoying streaming music service these days

You can never find what you actually want to do in the app

It’s criminal how they raise and change rates on whim based on criteria that’s absolutely nonsensical

It’s completely worthless as a free app. It has no users, nickel and dimes you for everything… literally the worst dating app out there

Fix the app… it crashes while downloading it crashes while trying to watch downloads, it crashes on airplane wifi, and PiP doesn’t work with movies.

Doesn’t show points, current or past reservations, randomly logs you out, won’t accept your password, went send a password reset email… then accepts it. Literally in an IHG hotel right now and the app doesn’t show the stay and I can’t get basic info about the hotel I’m looking for.

No airport locations have shown any availability for 6 months

PIP doesn’t work with movies. Horrible issues with wifi and playback on airplanes.

It’s annoying that you can only download one thing at a time or the app crashes… if you’re on an airplane and on wifi… the app crashes… and won’t let you watch anything you’ve downloaded. If you haven’t been online recently enough it won’t let you watch what you’ve downloaded. Every other app is able to easily allow downloading and watching, why is it so difficult for this app?

Fees fees fees, markups, slow delivery, no drivers, restaurants randomly never available… if they got their stuff together and didn’t buckle and dime their customers for everything… might get 2 stars

It’s ridiculous what minimum fares are getting to be in some locations. It’s also beyond ridiculous that the drivers don’t know where they’re going until they pick you up and then you have to listen to them complain about it. Drivers demand bigger and bigger tips. God forbid you try to schedule a ride. If you’re lucky enough that it lets you schedule a ride in your area the driver shows up 15 minutes late. More than likely though you’ll just get an error saying you can’t schedule rides in your location.

This biggest issue is that anytime you want to do anything you have to go to your wallet and change your preferred CC. There’s no easy drop down menu.

Almost none of the game is the puzzles they convince you to download it with, just endless silly little connect the dots games.

Completely useless if you don’t pay for a subscription. Basically just bumble, but guys can send a message along with their like. I guess it’s something to require liking specific components of a profile, but overall… just kind of pointless.

So buggy and glitchy it’s ridiculous. Doesn’t even run on the ps4. On the iPhone pip works with shows, but not movies… downloads don’t work on airplanes because of wifi… it’s the worst streaming app out there.
