Updated review: I can't use surveys or games because I won't give out my parents' financial information, which has nothing to do with MY account. Receipts have a daily limit which is annoying but still ok until you hit the weekly limit. Not sure what that is because there's no FAQ and their support bot is apparently made out of rejected AI. Adding the others' issues with non-payouts, and the idiotic non-response I got from the actual developer on my own complaint and my parents' money, I'm out.
Response: You didn't address my concern at all. My parents' income has nothing to do with MY account. Do I need mommy's permission to use your app?

They ask you to complete three steps. Second step wants to know how much I and my parents make. What the %%% kind of question is that?! How would I know what they make and why do you need THEIR info for MY account? What if they're dead? Then what?

It destroys your battery. If you have an older phone, you can either play this game or do everything else.

Tried multiple times and I keep getting the white screen of death.

If you submit a ticket the way the app tells you to, the support team emails you telling you that you didn't do it right so they're not gonna help you at all, ticket closed. When you get close to the cash out amount, they raise it by five bucks so you can't cash out.

Can't even create an account or anything. Two intro screens, then it just spins.

So far it seems to do exactly as advertised, but it also mimics two other apps I have that both work better. It's slow and clunky on what it should do; all the performance on this app goes to the ads.

I walk 15k steps a day and get no credit. I've emailed customer support and was told I need to refresh it. Daily. The whole point of offering points from steps is for it to be passive income. I've never cashed out before and it looks like I won't.

I will say the staff is very friendly and helpful, should you have any problems. The format is overly complicated and the rewards you get are split up by brand. Cash out amount is too high. There are too many competing apps that are far easier.

I tried to email support but got a message my email was blocked. App support through the App Store is in Chinese and I'm not fluent enough to understand it. How do we contact you?

Support is responsive and helpful. The app allows me to make things my way, to cater to my learning style better. The free version is completely usable and the paid version offers so many extras!

They don't even have my city listed. I gave my zip code and it pegs me as being somewhere else. That being said, it shows nothing in my area. Yes, I tried typing my city name in and it doesn't exist on the drop-down list either.

I use this app for scanning receipts. Now it freezes the screen before returning to the camera view. It doesn't accept anything, doesn't give any message that it wasn't accepted, nothing.

The scratch and win doesn't scratch. I can't ask for help on the app because it takes me to the website and the contact form on the website won't submit. My app is up to date and so is my browser but it won't work. This is the only way I can contact you guys so please forgive the one star; it's literally just for attention and yes, I'll change it when I hear back. Thanks in advance.

App only exists to go through your accounts. Give it tracking and all it says is I have to allow it to log in to my account to track the package. Worthless!

The app itself is pretty simple to use. I do have an issue with the Shavian keyboard that I wish they'd correct. The placement doesn't quite make sense. If I want to make the EE sound, I have to long-press F. Why is it under F? It would make sense to have multiple options under a relevant letter, or to have all the variants of one symbol with that same symbol. Right now, it's trial and error if the letter I need is not one of the main ones on display. Edit: I had to change my rating because of the update. I listen to YouTube all day at work and it uses 28% of my battery. Using this keyboard for literally one minute used 20% battery and my phone got hot. Can't use it like that!

Don't have AirPods. Not buying any just to use this app either.

I'm not downloading Instagram and creating an account there just so I can use this app. Please give other login options.

I've been asked to verify my identity, which is perfectly fine, but they want a picture of me and my social security number. They have nothing to compare my picture to, so that doesn't make sense, and why do you need my SSN? I've asked repeatedly and they refuse to answer why they need that. Birthdate and address, fine. SSN? No. Give me a valid reason first. The fact they have REFUSED to answer this makes me uncomfortable. There are so many other FREE survey sites out there that don't require that, so it makes me wary that they do. People protect their SSN for a reason. Give me a reason to share it. Give me a reason to trust you with it. Just answer the question.

Supposedly you can scan receipts and do surveys. I wouldn't know, because the app will not let you do anything until you give them access to your bank account. No way, Jose! You don't need that! Linking to my card is one thing, but my bank account?? REALLY??? And refusing access to the other features until someone provides that means you cannot use this app unless you do it. BEWARE THIS APP.

They keep changing what you can and can't do to get points. I liked the videos, I liked the receipts; I liked the variety. That is now gone. The surveys are okay though. However, I can no longer cash out because it won't text me to verify my phone and I apparently need to do that again for some unknown reason. I have reached out to support but I don't know how long I'm supposed to wait before reaching out again. So far, no word from them. Please help me redeem my points! The whole thing is worthless if I can't do that.
