What’s the point?

Why does cricket have an app if literally anytime you go to do something in said app it just sends you to their mobile website? I was trying to purchase some mobile hotspot data through the app and of course it sends me to the website(I have not signed in anywhere) I then enter my card information and proceed to checkout where it takes me to an entirely new page. No big deal, I go into my cricket account expecting to see $20 account credit, nope. Check my bank account and I was charged so they just took my money. I am now forced to wait until customer service opens because they have no way to contact them other than automated chat which is useless and a helpline that’s equally as useless. This app is laughable at best and you might as well go into safari and login there, the app just gonna send you there anyway. I will call tomorrow and see where my money has gone, their answer will determine if I stay with cricket after 10 years.

Typical, ez to buy but good luck canceling

Purposefully difficult to maneuver app if you want to cancel a feature or service. You can easily spend as much as you want though. Also update your help sections when you change app layout, duh.
