It says the recovery code i have entered is not correct even though i have put the right code code in. I need help getting this issue solved please

I am not able to login to my instagram account
In my iphone 7plus when i try to login it shows incorrect password buy when i login in the website it works please fix my isssue

My instagram accounts got hacked from two weeks now and I keep sending emails to the customer support but no one replied!!!! This is shows how lack of responsibility you guys have and instagram is not protecting people’s privacy and personal information!!
