The Botim is not good because it’s horrible working

So I like it so much because I always call my best friend there but there is a problem every time my best friend calls I answer her call but then it closes and says “missed call yesterday” and I’m sure I didn’t get any missed calls my phone just closed but I find it kinda weird although it’s a nice app too but please if your able to fix the problem that’s would be nice because I don’t know what to really do but there is a lot of ads when I close the call with my best friend.

I’m unable to chat while listening to music on Apple music. I mean the music stops automatically when I open the Botim app. I can understand if I’m on a call but I just want to check something on the app or just chat with someone. Please fix this. An app this old should have this basic feature.

I have been using Botim since its launch.
I always tell to everyone who uses different video calling apps to migrate to botim as it is the best one I had ever used
And now I think I am wrong
Too many bugs
Too much signal issues makes botim number one worst app now a days
If you technical guys cant fix the issue
Wind up this app or throw away

The sound is cutting in united arab emirates, and i try it on many iphones , 6s,8,12pro, 13 pro,14 pro and all same the sound is cutting when i make voice call, and when i make calls its take long long time to reach the people and ringing

I’m feeling very bad its up to 1month I applied for physical card but get yet,I call 2 time also email but no response just they saying we will inform the team

It was perfect before to use
But from last month I found an issue that not every number only when my gf call me
It will not give any notifications or sound until I open the
App I can’t see
And my gf will see that my number is busy
I had very bad experience with that issue.
Even I had very bad time with my gf
And now I promised her I will not use Botim anymore.

Sometimes the voice call and video call lagging

The app notification and calls doesnt show in apple watch. Could there be a fix?
