Botim is not supporting in India mostly in Samsung phones, don’t know why botim not improving batter service, when network is minor weak botim not working, UAE residence using botim because they have no options

No notification received when receiving call from out side countries. And when we call back it shows call awaiting response only. Really disappointing situation facing since last couple of months . Same is happening from my family members who lived out side of country. Always shows my phone in waiting response .

All of My contect’s profile pictures is not showing me clear i try many times but all in vain please fix this problem as soon as possible

Getting laggy calls not stable enough for calls

Why can the app I pay for work so poorly? You take your payment and then you don’t care what kind of low-quality service you provide? I pay for the most expensive package. but I get a bad image, bad signal and confused speech!

Great app for communication, audio, video has been excellent provided the data or wifi is good! However the latest update doesnt always notify of the incoming call, the receipient will only know after we text them in wats app to receive the call in botim!!

Botim is a great app. Hats off for your hard work. But in recent months, when i call to india, evwn they are online , botim is not ringing. It is ringing only when the phone display is on or while in use. Also the call is getting automatically declined. Feels like the call was cut from other side but its not. Please fix these issues.
