5x Points Promotion but app doesn’t work

Downloaded the app in-store to take advantage of the 5x Boost points promo but conveniently the app does work. Got me in-store with a fake promotion!! Spent $400million to rebrand and avoid taxes but can’t get their app and promos right!!!

Poor access to mobile network in store.

I can’t use the app because the mobile coverage in store (Mt Maunganui) is so bad.
It’s not just enough to have a App Woolworths

Problem scanning

This app is so weird it works when it wants too sometimes I can’t even log into the the app and I can’t scan anything. Not very pleased at this app we should honestly bring back one cards so pointless for getting this new change just creates problems.

Keeps signing me out!

The app keeps signing me out and it’s really frustrating. Every time I go to checkout to scan my barcode I have to sign in, I hold up the line or I don’t have the time and I miss out on the ‘discounted products’.

Waste of time - useless

Have to log in every time I open the app. It doesn’t work with the Apple password system so I have to try and remember my password. Life’s to short to be mucked around by a rubbish, non-essential app like this. I’m out.

Keeps logging me out

Keeps logging me out every time I want to use it and it takes too long to log back in as it doesn’t use system passwords on iOS.
Just another way Woolworths are ripping off its customers.

Add Receipts

Okay app needs enhancements like adding receipts to your activity menu so you can see purchases made when you have scanned your rewards. As well as option to add rewards card to Apple Wallet. FaceID instead of constantly logging me out.
App is only really useful for viewing balance and scanning the card.

Wish I could give 0 stars

Absolutely zero faith in rewards card and all promo deals. Canceled and will never shop again after Woolworths thought it was acceptable to back out of prize offer due to technical error.

Annoying

I get to the checkout to scan the barcode but it’s signed me out again. The sign in process takes too long, so I usually just have to skip past the scanning. The ‘dumb’ was much more convenient than this so called ‘smart’ one.
