POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, you can’t talk to an actual person over the phone to get straight and prompt answers to their app transacrions issues. They will let you wait for weeks for an issue to be answered yet will not be resolved. Never again will I store money theu gcash and will avoid making transactions!

There are so many issues. Before, it was so convenient to use. But now, I pay using this without receiving receipt, and deducting yet not reflecting in the transaction history. They don’t make refunds.

I transferred my money from Gcash to bank, the money got deducted from my account in gcash but when I went to see my Bank account, the money was not there. When I checked my transaction history, it did not show up there as well. I really hope they would fix this, up until now I still haven’t received the money. I have bills to pay but I can’t pay it since Gcash is having a problem, this will be my last time using this app.

I’ve been using gcash for years and this time I am very very disappointed and this is the last time I’m using gcash ever again. You can’t talk to a HUMAN plus THEY ARE NOT HELPING WITH MY LOGIN. I am not stupid I worked in a technical industry I am fully aware of what “troubleshooting “ is make sure you know who are your consumers because not all of us are fools. One day, another financial service will be so good when it comes to service and you will look like you never existed. Good luck.
