Have premium plan. App is not updating location automatically when traveling. Have emailed support several times using the email to Help & Contact Us only to receive a reply indicating the email is no longer used; and the email reply directs me to use the email in Help and Contact Us. Poor customer support is the ONLY reason I’m 2 Starring it.

I’m sorry, but $100 is a ridiculous amount of money for a weather app. Time to delete it.

Now they charge $100 a year for the same services that were a fraction of the price before. NOPE!!!!!!

Hi, I recently got an iPad and was looking for this app but I found only the versions with subscription. On my android phone I have this app that I bought once and there is no subscription. Is there a second version of this app that you can buy for iOS?

Suddenly wants access to my health data. Why would a weather app need this for any reason?

This review would’ve been five stars. I even paid the subscription $9.99 for the whole year to use this app it’s been great! And then they raised the price to $59.99 for the year. Yeah that’s a huge heck no. Cancelled.

The price they offer is way too much for a year

I did not meant to buy and they charged me for a 7-day subscription.

I’ve had this app for years and always loved it. It always at a current location where it would tell me the weather wherever I’m at without me having to do anything. Current location always showed at the top of the list of areas I had listed and I kept it there and it changed as I moved around. It no longer shows at the top of my list and nowhere in settings does it allow it to be added. Now the only way to get weather in current location is to actually go in and select use current location and then that area is added to your list of selected areas. You are limited to how many can be listed so always deleting the top one to allow for searching local area when traveling. Bring back the option to have it listed all the time and I will rethink renewing subscription when it’s expired.
